The reply lacked personalization, which is critical when connecting with clients. It also indicated a lack of awareness or regard for our prior interactions. As someone in marketing, this gives the impression of someone who is not fully engaged or passionate about their work. Additionally, I specifically requested in my initial email that she provide a list of other properties I might consider--this request went unanswered. Overall, I am highly disappointed in the level of professionalism demonstrated.
