The guy that works in there is the worst. He was completely rude to me the whole time I was there, took forever to tell me he wasn't going to buy my items. Was nicer to a customer on the phone than he was to a customer standing right in front of his face. I told him that out-loud and he asked me to repeat myself (just to be confrontational). Honestly it wasn't about him not being able to buy my items, it was just his demeanor and poor attitude that made this the worst customer experience I've ever had. If you're a normal person that's decent, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else or use offer up. For the guy that works there: if you hate your job, quit and do something you like. read more

I went to pawn some diamond rings I had, and the two gentlemen who worked there were extremley rude, especially the Iranian guy! He talked "at" me, not to me! The store is just gross, and I wouldn't leave anything of value at this place! He told me one of my rings had "fake" diamonds, they looked at me like I wad trying to pull a fast one! Hell it was a gift, how do I know if it's fake? And the fees are ridiculous anyway! This place is a joke, and they really need to check their attitudes, for real!! read more

Was walking by and saw a mountain bike out front. I thought the price wasn't bad. Proceeded to see if I could I take out the bike for test drive...didn't think it would be a big deal. I thought giving him my drivers license would be enough. He threw it in my face and send "well, you can get another one at DMV for $30". So,I said how about my iphone..."How do you I know you didn't steal it?" He wanted me give the total price of the bike before he would let me ride it. This guy was rude and arrogant. Amazing. This "store" either gets 5 stars or 1. The 1's have it right. I really question the 5's. All the "1" reviews have it right: terrible, terrible service. Here's just one of my stories. I was interested in a multi-pack DVD. I asked him, "how much?" He said, $10. I haggle a lot so I asked him, "how about $6?" I have pawned a lot of things in this pawn shop because these guys are giving more money for things than the others. I left my 2012 tv "50" inch for 150$ in this place because other places were giving me no more than a hundred. I put 4 stars because I ve been waiting around 20 min to get the deal because they been checking my tv everywhere and I was rushing. But overall this place is good to sell your stuff. read more

I purchased a Seiko watch. Paid the asking price was told it was in good working condition and that I could not return it. The watch as water damage the bottoms for the stop watch don't work the crystal is bad and the manager to top it off needs to learn how to be in customer service when running a business STAY AWAY! read more

this guy was rude arrogant, sold me a broken camera and refused to give me my money back, after promising to do give my money back if it did not work. i had no way of testing the camera to see if it worked at the pawn shop because it did not have a battery or a charger, i happened to have the same camera previously an had a battery and charger for it at my house. i went home, tested it, and brought it back. to get a refund as promised, the guy refused to give me my money back, pointing at a sign that say "no refunds" so he is also a liar. read more

The store has a good selection of many junk things, jewelry, music instruments, flat screen tv, etc. But I would rather go somewhere else, get less money, just to avoid seeing that rude iranian. I have hard time forgetting the fat face of that iranian and how rude and untrusty the guy was. The other two employees, weeaaah it's alright. But the iranian owner or boss or whatever... I would pay big money to forget the experience. Yes, it's personal, i have nothing with iranians, i think they are cool, it's just that particular a*****e. It is a really good place if you want to get a great deal and not to waste your time! I was pawning the camera, laptop and a gold chain. They gave me the higher price than in other pawn shops. The service was also really fast. read more

Disrespectful Terrible Customer Service I went in to sell some things. I spoke to Wilfredo. After he analyzed the stuff, he asked me what I thought it was worth. After I gave him a price, he shook his head in anger and said no forget it and shoved the items back at me. I was willing to negotiate but not give away the stuff for nothing. They were everyday items. The prices they give there are so low, I'm going to donate the stuff now. Pawn shops are ridiculous. You would be better off at a garage sale, craigslist, or ebay. Its also a creepy environment to hang around in. read more

I bought a digital camera from the place, and before i bought it i realized there was no battery (which of course was information they didn't offer). so i asked if it worked, the guy ensured me that it worked, i said how do you know it works if you dont have a battery, he just kept insisting it worked. he said if you have any problems just bring it back for a full refund. then i said i don't know, a battery might be expensive, then he proceeds to tell me that a battery is only 10 dollars, and knocked 10 dollars off the price. long story short, i bought a battery it wasn't 10 dollars, it was 45 bucks, and then tried to use the camera and it was broken, so i took the camera right back, and the guy say he will not give me my money back. he points to a sign in the corner that says no refunds. they are con-artist selling broken items. . come to think of it, they never could have known if the camera worked anyway, they didnt have a BATTERY to ever test it! so they basically just said whatever they could to get me to buy it, not even knowing if it worked. DONT BUY HERE!!! and i agree with the other two posts, they are VERY rude. especially the Iranian guy sitting in the back, CLEARLY watching bootleg movies. read more
