But I pawned an item and it was there for a while so I called the guy told me they had a policy in which it would automatically renew I wasn't sure so he offered for me to speak to the manager but insisted it was fine. He was the guy I had originally done business with so I took his word but make a long story short I went to go get my item it was sold and had been sold since right after I talked to him. I had to pay way more to get my item and he lied and say he cleaned it and it had a strong cologne smell on it until I had it cleaned. Bought a bass guitar here for $70. Didnt have time to test it since I was on lunch. The guitar did not work when I got home. Messaged them and they said to bring it in. When I brought it back, I was accused of breaking it, and would have to pay a restocking fee of 25% for them to take it back. Horrible experience now I lost money on this place. read more
