Disgusted with the customer serivce that Shane was giving. I have never been talked to in that tone or that matter by anyone in the custumer serivce industy. I called to make sure I had all my information correct and that the hold up for my trailer wasn't on my end. I told he sold my trailer, had no intentions of replacing it. He kept stringing me along unti I finally got in touch with someone else who let me know my trailer had been sold. The tone of voice he used to my CEO was unforgetable. When I got on the phone, Shane's tone of voice changed. He was rude and racist. I didnt plan on continuing to stay with company, but my CEO found another location. I was happy to give my money to the wonderful stay in McDonough. Save yourself the frustration and go there!!! The manager here is not a customer service pro. They were not professional and I truly believe racist. Dispointment is the feeling the management and sales team left me feeling. Silly when an angry customer will tell 10 people while they only tell 2-3 when happy. I created the yelp page for them to post this review. Remember what day and age it is...I'll review on every platform I can find to save anyone from the feeling my CEO and I were left with. I WAS INSAULTED PRIVETLY ON FACEBOOK BY THE SALESPERSON SO I'VE DECIDED TO DISCLOSE A FEW INDUSTRY SECRETS I wasn't going to say anything because it is what it is and it is my choice to buy where I want to however I had been gone from them about 20 minutes and I get a PM on my Facebook and I quote " you didn't have to be such an A.." I messaged back "what?" He sent me back " why did you act like such an A.. at the Harley Dealership a few minutes ago" WOW!!!! I have never in my life, if that was 1 of my salespeople I would have fired them, I would not allow anyone to have treated one of my customers like that, It was the worst experience in purchasing a trailer I have ever had, I didn't want to try to work numbers I just wanted to see what they had in left over 2018 models because I didn't have time to and told the sales person that and I would come back when I did have time because I bought the bike I was trading from them 18 months earlier (different sales team and manager) and wanted to give them a chance to earn my business, the sales person assured me it would only take 5 minutes and it would be no jerking me around, then I informed him that I had been in sales management and Finance for 30 years and I didn't want the games and knew all the tricks, he assured me that would not happen.... guess what... he came back with a 4-square... the 4-square is designed to get you to focus on 1 thing so they can make money on the other, for example: 1 block will have - sale price, 2nd block - trade allowance, 3rd block - monthly payment and the 4th block - down payment, most of the time all the numbers are highly escalated so you will jump on the most important thing ( if I can get want you want here will you buy today?), this tool has been used for years and years to make more profit for the dealer and it involves many trips back and forth for the sales person to the sales manager and is very time consuming unless you lay down and not work them. so he came back and presented that after we talked about the other stuff and I said 4 square I thought we said it would be simple and he said "All dealerships are required to use the 4-square" What?... Really?... he lied and insulted my intelligence so I said thank you for your time got up and left the dealership.
