Five of the clips were broken and when I notified him, he stated that he would trade out the part for another item due to the poor working condition of the harness. He kept telling me that he was out of town and offering excuse after excuse. It has now been four months with no contact from him or attempts at settling the issue. Be very wary of doing business with this individual. He does not stand true to his word.

I didn't get a "sorry it took twice as long" or any kind of acknowledgment that I'd basically been lied to--twice. I will be sure to tell my co-workers & friends not to use this business if they value their time. Owner contacted me after I left the above review on their Facebook page. Owner lied to me (again) and said that the reason the patch took so long was because the plug was leaking air. I told him that IF that was true, it wouldn't matter if there's a leak or not because the plug should be removed before the patch is applied (my husband's a trained mechanic). The owner realized his lies wouldn't work & just said "sorry for your inconvenience".
