If I could give ZERO stars I would. I came her to get one of my tires mounted and This establishment tried to steal my brand new Goodyear tires that I bought and brought there for them to put on and replace them with old Continental tires and thought I wouldn't notice. When I told the woman that the tire on my car is not the tire that I bought she looked fake surprised and said that they switched out my tire with a old one and sent it back to be fixed. The fact that the man who tried to steal my tire didn't APOLOGIZE to not ONCE is what really got on my nerves. It's sick and disgusting that they prey on woman and probably older people who they think don't know much and try to pull a fast one. I will never in my life go here and I will always tell people to not come here from now on. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

I would love to be here to tell you what a great experience I had at this place, but sadly that is NOT the case. I took my car in for what I thought would be a quick and easy front end alignment. When I went into the front office the young lady I found behind the counter acted like I was disturbing her peace by walking in. After telling me they could do the alignment she took my keys and headed out the front door and handed them to one of the two young guys standing out in the parking lot when I arrived. As I watched the guy get into the car to pull it into the garage it occurred to me that perhaps I should let him know where reverse so he could easily get the car in gear to back out of the parking spot. After starting the car about 30 seconds went by and sure enough he jumped out of the car and started heading towards me. As he got closer he asked me if I could adjust the seat because he could not reach the clutch or brake pedal, and as I was moving towards the car he asked if I could just back it out and drive it into the garage for him, and pointed to the spot I should pull into. After locking the seat in place I depressed the clutch and looked towards the stick shift. At that point I immediately noticed the shifter boot looked like it was pushed in, not sitting high and proud on the stick shift as I'm accustomed to seeing. When I went to grab the stick shift knob to put the car in reverse, I was quite surprised that the stick would not move! I tried to put the car into 1st gear, no luck, 2nd gear, uh uh, much to my surprise the car would not go into any gear. When I got out of the car and asked him what he did, the guy tried to tell me he never touched the stick! So I guess I'm to believe that I just drove the car 10 miles, drove it right into the parking lot spot in first gear in a car that was shifting perfectly, and it just magically exploded between my getting out of the car and him getting in to move it? Uh NO! When I pulled the shifter boot up to find out what was going on I could clearly see that the stick shift had been pushed down so hard that the ball at the bottom was now no longer seated in the socket and the transmission would not engage in any gear. When I went to question him about exactly what happened he again denied that he ever touched the stick, and then asked me if it was driving fine when I drove it in. Suffice it to say I won't be recommending this place to anyone, I only wish you could go below zero on the rating. read more

Very unprofessional. I allowed them to work on my vehicle. Paid them more than what they charged since they were working over. Long story short. They did more damage to the rims and charged me $240. I had to have my car towed ($125) and replace both wheels bc they did so much damage ($669). Refused to refund me. read more
