But this year, they broke our spark plug and tried to charge us $1200 to fix. Now, you might think, that happens sometimes. It 100% will if your service department doesn't put anti-seize on the spark plugs. This thing was so burnt in that we had to drill out the hole and retap the head because it couldn't be removed. We took it out a few days a year the last 2 years and always had summarization done. There's no way the amount of burn in happened in 1 year if they're performing the maintenance they say they are properly. They refuse to take any blame or accountability. Thankfully I'm lucky enough to know a great mechanic who was able to fix this for me. Reno's is very clean inside. I have felt that the sales and parts people have been nice. However, the inability for the business to take any accountability as the only people to work on this jet ski is something I can't understand or give my money to.

They are honest people and do not pressure you into getting something you don't need. It's really hard to find an auto shop that makes me feel this comfortable given I have little knowledge about cars. I needed 2 tires replaced and call other places in town to get a quote and it was hard to get straight answer from anyone. I just needed an estimation and nothing has to be set in stone but I felt like no-one could do that. So I asked Jeff at Revline for an estimate and had a few other questions he was able to answer them and that made me feel comfortable about making an appointment and order the tires I needed. I felt like the price he quoted was fair and the approximate time for the service to be complete was definitely reasonable. I highly recommend giving them a call here if you ever need any work done on your car. They will do a great job and won't waste the whole day doing it.

The driver showed up in less than 10 minutes, figured out the battery cable was loose and got her back on the road quickly. They treated her right, were fast and they took payment via credit card which made it easy. Yet, just because people state something - I still had to do my own research, and I got multiple estimates from different shops. Based on what I was told - I honestly liked what and how things were being replaced. Through out the repair process - they kept me updated via multiple e-mails every other day or so. They were actually sent the wrong body part early in the repair process and even sent me a picture of it, just so I knew they weren't making it up. After my vehicle was repaired and I needed further documentation - they still kept me updated even though they had already been paid by the insurance company - and had nothing to gain. I also actually spoke to the insurance company in the beginning - and they informed me 'Tanner was a good guy.' Now you can dismiss that - but the fact the insurance company is on personable terms with the body shop - that's a win/win for me. It may sound weird, but I'm actually glad I was in an accident as Tanner's made my vehicle look better than before they got it.

You know what makes for a great review? A great experience!…read more Full disclosure: I didn't call these guys, AAA engaged them on whatever local service sharing network they have going. But man, am I ever glad that Almighty Tow Service took that service call! My issue was a (mostly) flat tire, low enough that I didn't want to drive the couple miles home and fix it. My stupid tires are expensive, so why make a bad thing worse by driving on a damaged tire? But I also could not wedge all my repair needs in between cars (because parking garage), but fortunately for me, the Almighty tech was totally on the job. From the time I placed my online assistance order until the time I was back in service: 35 minutes! I was worried it would be a couple of hours to get a tow tech, assess the issue, etc., but NOPE! It took my friendly tech maybe seven minutes to remove the flat, mount the spare, and air that sucker up. Absolutely phenomenal level of service! My time is valuable and, I guess, so are my tires. Almighty made a frustrating ordeal into a pleasant experience. They communicated well, arrived promptly, and had me going in no time. Cannot recommend Almighty Tow Service any higher than five stars, but they are WELL deserving of all of them.

He took the car to the dealership and dropped the key in the box, we didn't even have to follow behind. Above all else, they were extremely quick and we received service within 30 minutes of calling.
