We paid cash, a little over $11,000.00 for a trailer & unknowingly the brakes never did work correctly. My husband isn't one to bug other people about things. Anyway, it had been 6 days over the one year purchase date when he finally called and was told that they would have to check with Dexter the manufacture of the axles. Over a week later he called back and they "just hadn't had time" to contact Dexter yet. Then they offered for us to leave our trailer there on Wednesday and they would work on it when they had time !! We make a living with this trailer we can't leave it for an undetermined amount of time to fix what should have been done correctly before it left the dealership.My husband takes his career very seriously & if the brakes fail it's not just our lives at risk there are a lot of other people on the highways !! My husband takes care of his equipment like they were our children. There is a 3 year limited warranty, but for what? We were never told. Very, very disappointing. read more
