One of the pool tables is too close to the video games and some tables for drinks. You have to move things around to get a decent shot with the movable tables and with the video games you can't. That would have been easy to solve in the layout phase. One of the tables has a bit of a slant to it and when you shoot a ball it does not go straight. There is no rake so forget using that to make the hard shots right now. There was only one rack for two tables and it is broken. I'm getting sick of going there and having very substandard equipment. If this goes on much longer I won't be back. The felt on one table is ripped and it could have been repaired quite a while back. There's a nice VR game there but the headset has a messed up strap. Last time I was there it was broken so only one of the two positions was usable to play. They did some ghetto fix for it but it's really not up to par. When that place is busy it's packed and I know they have the money for maintenance. There's no reason for this. read more

Attentive, personable, and on point with everything -- it genuinely felt like she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She checked in at just the right moments without being overbearing, made great recommendations, and had such a positive energy that it made the whole experience even better. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in her work -- something you don't come across every day. My friend and I came here for the first time a few weeks ago. There was so much to do! Arcade games, mini golf, axe throwing, football bowling, go cart racing and even a ride. We played some games and did axe throwing. Next time I definitely want to try some of the other activities. It was a lot of fun and they had a wide variety of prizes - even if you didn't have that many tickets. The best part was that you could add up your tickets for future use, so you could accumulate a bunch after multiple trips. They had a place to order food and alcohol. It kind of sucks that you can't bring alcohol onto the game floor though, so you had to sit or stand and finish your drink in a small area. It would be nice if they had an adults only time or adults only night, but regardless it was still fun. The staff were quite friendly. It was a good time. read more

Looking for Indoor Playground Fun?!?! Springz is the place to be in Windsor. They have it all under one roof. They have go karts, mini golf, trampolines, arcade games and ticket games. If you're an adult with a child or a child at heart this place is the place to be. They have events all the time and the food here will surely keep you full and energized. read more

this place is great for busy kids who like to jump and be active. excellent place for a rainy day. its about $15 for one hour of jumping. they also have go carts and mini golf. we did go carts in january and the kids really enjoyed it. they fit them for a real helmet and they drive a "real" racecar /go cart. they are really slow and safe. we have yet to try the mini golf, maybe next time. now they do have jumping rules, whch are in place for the safety of all kids. for instance only one jumper per trampoline square and no running. they are simple rules my 5 year old has no issue following. they really need more red booths in the center of the trampoline for parents to sit and watch / monitor their kids. the majority of the seating is in the bottom floor where we cannot view our kids jumping. read more

All kinds of nopes here. We drove the kids from Detroit to Windsor so they could do something in Canada. We thought a jump house would be the place to go. We were wrong. It's a trampoline park, and they don't allow kids to run on the trampolines? The kids had an awful time. They were told multiple times not to run on the trampolines (to go up the sides, how else are you supposed to do it?) yet, an older male was running around and the staff said nothing to him. We went to talk to the manager. After about 10 minutes of a 1 hour timeslot, I asked if we could change it to a 30 minute time, and then use the money toward the go carts. It would have come to $8, and we planned to spend another $27 for go carts. He started with a little attitude and told us there are no refunds, and he's not going to do anything for us. If he would have given us the credit, we would have probably spent another $60 there. I was stunned at the lack of service there. We won't be back, and you shouldn't either. read more

Went here on a rainy day with my two young kids thinking it would be a great place to wear them out! They are both 3yrs and younger and it still cost me almost $20/child.. plus myself! We weren't allowed to use our socks from Sky Zone so an extra $3/person had to be paid for their socks... what a rip off! I don't mind paying that price for Sky Zone with new trampolines and foam pits and air bags... but Springz is NOT that at all! There are flashy arcade games in the middle of the trampoline area which is guaranteed to take the kids away from the trampoline (which you've already paid for), but when we went to use THE ONLY foam pit they had we were told we weren't allowed to because it was for Gladiator play. *NOTE it was not busy at all and there were no other kids wanting to play in that area*. We were told to go to the obstacle course.. where we were told they were too young and couldn't play there. What a waste because my time was spent convincing my kids to stay away from the arcade.. the foam pit and anything else fun! Won't be back and won't recommend it to anyone else! read more

Definitely not a bad place, but it's fairly small. I know it's the first trampoline park in Windsor, but it could've been bigger. Compare it to AirTime in the US and Springz seems like it's much smaller and less successfully little brother. It also gets boring after coming 2-3 times. read more

my kid brother loves it here me obviously not so much but i do recommend you take the kids here every once in awhile go kart is only fun if you go o a not so busy time but overall fun place for the kiddos read more
