My family enjoyed the 7d ride, laser tag (largest in Michigan), and the play area.

But yesterday, I went to Pandemonium w/ my husband and 2 sons. We went over to the Pokémon section, and I was amazed. First of all, I couldn't believe my older son, who's 8, totally held his own and knew what he was talking about asking to look at cards from different types of sets and versions of different values, etc. My youngest son, who's 6, was doing pretty well himself. But the thing that impressed me the most is that, the Pokémon guru, Trevor, did not talk down to my kids and try to scam them out of money. I don't know if it's because my husband and I were standing there, but all I saw were very professional transactions, ending with an official agreement-binding handshake. My husband and I were basically only there to show support towards their strong interest in something specific and would've only jumped in if things went completely sideways, but I got a feeling they would've been treated with the same respect if we weren't there, especially since my kids know what they're talking about. I'm so proud of them and so impressed with Trevor and the store in general that when my kids get older, I would be happy to drop them off for a couple of hours to battle with others while I go get some peace and quiet somewhere else.

The girl who waited on me should be fired straight out! I have had her a few times now and the same service, but tonight was the worst, so the store was dead it was 930 didnt get acknowldeged from the employes who were sitting around chatting away, cool ok long day, im good I know my way around the store, but to get to the register and not be acknoldge by the girl who simply wrang me up with out any words,(but she contintues to chat with her co worker) told me my total and said ya need a bag so dry like I was a bother, never a hi welcome to the store never a hey can I help you with anything never did you find everything ok, she even was sitting while she wrang me up, agin not the first time with her or a few other girls that work there. so sad I'll now take all my cash to other gaming stores. and I was a loyal customer I got everything from you guys and sent you people. train your employess better. And to the girl on the register, little girl i have been been playing DnD longer than you have been alive! Treat people with respect, you dont know crap about gaming just becouse you work at a gaming store. Your lucky I was tired I would have told you to roll a 20 sider!

The balls are the bright primary colors and very inviting for the kids to play. The kids were dancing, juggling balls and burying themselves under the balls. What's nice about this fun center, the birthday designated areas are clearly earmarked and divided by a wall for each party. The playscapes have different age appropriate play areas. Grip socks are required and are also available for purchase. All parties coming into the center must sign in (waiver) before entering. The birthday packages are reasonably priced to include your designated area for a couple of hours, pizza and drinks. We were happy with our hostess. He was very helpful at the end of the party to assist with providing a cart to get the gifts, leftover food and cupcakes to our vehicle. The snack bar was generous to give us drink takeout cups to give our guests the leftover pop to go. FYI: The snack bar pricing is a little high. I did witness another patron planning to purchase ice cream items from their cooler and chips for her kids. Once they told her the prices she put them back to say she would get them elsewhere.

It's just taking advantage of customers and for that reason , I won't return. I brought my 5 children there for the first time and it will definitely be the last time I take them there. I'd rather pay a higher entry fee at a competitor and not feel like I'm being robbed and taken advantage of. At $3.00 for an ice cream bar, it's still over a 300% profit and I would have bought 5 of them . $5.00 is unconscionable. Shame on you YoYo !

It was a fun game with four of us playing. The holes were fun and some stubble us and had us missing it to till 8. There weren't enough black large mini golf cuffs, I had to use a xl one and it was big for me but the medium was to small in length for me. The staff was friendly at the front. When we did the go karts. There was no sign how to enter and there was no one at the front to explain. Also I would expect for the staff to make sure that the belts were secure before they sent us out but that didn't happen. It's time for the cost of 10 dollars so if you have done it before it's definitely worth it becuase you able to go fast and lap around multiple times. This being my first time I got overlapped and wasn't as fast. I am unsure if I would do go kart again , but would definitely come back for the mini golf to try the other course.

We had two hours of play time, but we waited 30-40 minutes in line for the Go Karts. With only purchasing for two hours, we only did 3 activities! We really only got 1 hour and a half, but still. If you pay for an hour you would basically only pay for one round of go karting and something small! We payed more for a second round of go karts and we encountered a crazy driver. He was yelling something at me as he drove by and stuck his tongue out at me. All of my three friends got hit by the same person. I'm not blaming Midway for his behavior, but I feel like they could've done something about it, for example, acknowledge it! 3 stars.

Truth be told, I worked here for about a year when I was 18 (back in 2002), and while they've had a few renovations since then (replaced the old lanes with new synthetic lanes, basic maintenance, etc), this new renovation they've had since changing ownership has really done wonders for the building. For years, Merri Bowl was run by the same parent ownership of Oxford Lanes in Dearborn (which no longer exists), Super Bowl in Canton, Plum Hollow Lanes in Southfield, and others. Since changing hands this past year, the new Merri Bowl is shockingly well-kempt with new pergo flooring, furniture, and all the bells and whistles, while still having great deals on late night bowling, a great snack bar, etc.

I had looked forward to spending an enjoyable evening with friends and family; however, the customer service experience did not meet reasonable expectations. Upon arrival, we were informed that outside food and drinks were not allowed, which I understood and respected. However, when I attempted to get water from the snack and bar area, I was repeatedly refused water by TYRONE, who was working in that area at the time. Each time I requested water, he stated that he could not provide any, but bottled water was available for purchase. Which he lied water was available without purchasing a bottle one. I questioned this response because I had personally observed several customers walking around with pitchers of water and plastic cups. I even asked another customer where he received his water, and he informed me that it came from the snack area and that he was not charged for it As a paying customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect respectful and consistent customer service. Refusing to provide water while apparently making exceptions for others felt unfair and unprofessional, especially considering we had already spent money on bowling and shoe rentals. The vide felt very shady. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I do not plan to return. I hope they take this feedback seriously and review the issues mentioned above in order to improve the experience for future customers. Bre L.
