Bo and crew were very quick. I was able to get my old galvanized pipes replace with PEX and a new water heater in a couple of days. They put new copper and collars on the outside of my house, and everything has been working great. I just went into the crawlspace, a year out from the repair, and there are no leaks. Reasonable pricing. They even replaced a few of my faucets that were rust-damaged from the old pipes. On top of that, the whole crew was pretty pleasant to have around. read more

Kyle the actual installer did a good job, no complaints on HIS WORK. The BIG problem was that the owner(s) REFUSED to provide a Breakdown of the parts and labor that I was having to pay out of pocket. My Service Call for repair was provided by a Warranty Company. The warranty company was to PAY for the water heater AND labor to install the appliance. After repeatedly asking for an explanation of the $769 COST of supposedly 'modifications' to INSTALL, it has been weeks and they have refused. There was NO modifications required, they installed (1) Standard 40 Gallon Water Heater, attach the new (2) water lines, (1) gas line, set down a Drain Pan, attached (2) brackets, and other pieces to complete the installation of the new heater. This company also DID NOT pull a Permit prior to the installation but they BILLED the Warranty Company $250 for it. So the Warranty Company was CHARGED $700 for 'misc' items, over $700 for the appliance, $250 for Permit, $85 for Disposal for a subtotal of $1,735. This $1,735 does NOT INCLUDE the installation labor charges OR my additional charges of $769! This is for a STANDARD 40 Gallon Water Heater. I am going to be filing complaints with the Warranty Company, City of Visalia Building Department and the California Contractor's Board. read more

First off, they never answered the phone and didn't return my calls. And, yes, I tried at different hours of the day to be diligent. Then, they accepted our $100 service fee, simply looked at our water heater, did zero diagnostics, offered to clean it out, and said it couldn't be fixed. Maybe they have X-ray vision and could just see inside the unit? Such a money grab with zero respect or care for the customer. Companies in a small town with zero work ethic are so disappointing. Had another plumber come out replace water heater and check with a machine for leaks and nothing found it was the water heater the whole time they tried to get me to pay cash very under handed company. Big time plumbing was contracted to fix a flush valve by my home warranty company. They were quick to schedule, which was nice. When the guys showed up they were on my bathroom less than 5 minutes and said they fixed the issue. As they were leaving I checked out the toilet which was leaking all over my floor worse than before. I ran out and stopped the guys from leaving as they made the leak worse. After coming back in and rechecking the leak they determined they did not have the parts need and would come back the following week. *Note* a flush value is a very common part that takes less than 20 minutes to install and the parts costs less than 20 dollars. Still... I waited. I was already 100 dollars deep into this claim. The next week they came back to finish the job, which only took maybe 15 minutes. I spoke to the tech who said I was good to go. No leaks and all looked fine.... After they left I heard my toilet keep filling up over and over despite me not flushing it. Upon investigation I found they left the old flush value and just replaced the bolts and gasket between the bowl and the tank. The flapper was falling apart and the valve was no better. They could've EASILY changed the flush value as those kits typically include the bolts and gasket they installed, yet left the old worn parts in there. I had to pull the toilet apart so I could redo the work they did myself the right way. Again. Wasted my time and did poor quality work that I am going to fix today. I wouldn't hire them again, as my home warranty hired them initially and wasted everyone's time and money. I don't usually leave reviews, but this seems blatant and intentional. read more
