Packed up and ready to go for the weekend, we get there and she tells us that our reservation was declined, and we were notified. We did not receive an email or call. Lady was rude and did not seem sympathetic at all or offer any kind of help. Will not recommend this place to any friends, or return. Big Time Kennel is just down the road, and were so understanding of our situation. They got us in with no notice and were very friendly. The pets have more outdoor access, the grounds are nice, only 21 a day for our dog. Go there instead.

I will preface this by saying that I did talk to a manager after this and she was very helpful in…read morefinding out what happened and apologetic, however that doesn't correct the actions of the employees throughout the day. I scheduled my two dogs for an evaluation last Friday. I was told to have them there by 9:30am, evaluation at noon, and then pick any time after 3pm. It was around 2:45pm and I hadn't heard anything all day, so I called and was told that my dogs had not been evaluated yet but they were about to within the next 15 minutes, it would take 15-20 minutes to complete, and they would call me when they were done so I could come get them. 4pm came around and I hadn't heard anything, so I just went to get them anyways. When I got there, I immediately could tell something was off. The employee at the counter just stared at the computer for minutes, not saying a word. She then went to the back office for a few minutes, returned to the desk and continued to just be on the computer. I could tell by her body language that something was wrong. She finally walked off to get my dogs, but I heard her call on the radio asking where they even were. When she brought them out, she just handed them to me and didn't say anything. I had to ask if they passed, in which she replied, "no, they were too nervous and you'll have to come back and do it again." She could not give me any details about how they acted or what the evaluation had consisted of. Something didn't feel right about this entire interaction, so I called to speak with a manager. There were no notes on their account, so the manager went to talk to other employees to find out what happened. Turns out they were incorrectly booked and did not receive an evaluation at all, and instead were "day-boarded". I understand that miscommunications happen, but explicitly lying is unacceptable. When I call to check on their evaluation and am told that they are about to do it but then never follow up, and then I pick them up and am lied to again about how their evaluation went. Just tell me they got booked wrong. Or when I called to check on their evaluation, do it then since that should have alerted you that there had been a miscommunication. That's all you had to do. Instead, the employees felt the need to fabricate a story and place the blame on my dogs' behavior instead of their mistake. PetSuites has completely lost my trust in their ability to care for my dogs and I will not be returning.

I recently sent my dog here for full groom at 7am which after reading some reviews I thought would…read morebe a great but turned out to be the worst service I have ever took my dog to he was there for over 8 hours not leaving until 6pm which I never received a text update or nothing I called them and they were very rude over the phone so I waited until I received a call to pick him up and as I got him they did a horrible job he came back with dandruff which he had never had a very uneven cut and he was even cut a little bit on his neck and when I asked them about it the groomer had left and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. So this will be my last time receiving service from them.

I saw what seemed to be a daycare dog standing out in the rain the whole time I was there (it didn't look like it was enjoying it). The entryway is crowded and the front area staff never seem very interested in helping anyone. Everyone is nice, I just think this vet is very overpriced for mediocre care and lack of true engagement from the staff.

Our cats are indifferent, but the staff makes them comfortable. We love that they have a separate entrance for cats and dogs. Even though our cats are fine with dogs, I know many are not, so this makes things a lot easier for pet owners. Twin Maples also has an on-site hospital, so they can handle emergencies as well. We haven't ever had an issue with scheduling or getting our pets in when they are sick. The staff is also great at returning our phone calls and letting us speak with the vets on the phone with questions. We like them so much that after we had a horrible experience with Paws Inn on Kingsridge with the cats we co-own with a family member, we moved them over to Twin Maples and have been very pleased with the switch.

All I had was the money for steroids, but if they were gonna charge me $70 to do a ear swab, I would've thought that I mean come on now you could've at least given her the medication for her ear and let me pay for the steroids instead of trying to refer her to one surgeon they could cost up to $2500. they may not even be able to do the surgery to go to another doctor that would cost over $5000 to take her ear canal out and because I couldn't afford the vet cost or get any help with it through fundraising and donations and things they suggested I put my dog down
