Incredibly friendly staff including a gentleman full of the best dad jokes. My mom and I came for breakfast and all the food was fresh and delicious! We would have loved to come back for a BBQ dinner, but we are headed out this morning. We loved sitting out on the patio watching the goings on in this quirky little town. I would highly recommend stopping in your at least a coffee and definitely jump back over for dinner like I wish I could.

Stayed 4 nights across the street and had coffee and lattes daily at Tony's. Great quality and friendly service. One night we went to the supper club and it was by far the best meal we had in the Beatty / Death Valley area (and to be clear - an excellent meal overall regardless of location). The menu rotates daily (and he'll give you the menu at 6a when you stop on for coffee). I had the hot bar option and I filled my plate with fresh delicious roti chicken, pulled pork, fresh steamed broccoli and baked potato. And apple crisp. All awesome. Only regret is that I missed brisket night. Would highly recommend having a meal or few here.

Food is decent and owner is very friendly. Recommend to try their T-bone steak and it is really great.

My husband and I were nervous because the ratings were so low but it really wasn't that bad. Food was warm, the chicken fried steak with the gravy was pretty yummy. Parfait and fruit was pretty much gone by the time we got there but that's okay! Everything was pretty standard and I'm slightly annoyed by other people's reviews. Yes we bussed our own table but there was someone there cleaning up also. Never felt any pressure to tip. Very clean inside. We asked other people about the dinner buffet and they said it was okay. But again, it was on company dime so we couldn't be too picky. I wouldn't say it was 1.9 rating. There's also a Peet's coffee in the lobby that was pretty consistently busy.

Ratings are 2.5 stars on Google. 1.9! on Yelp. Pretty bad. Lunch was $23, $11.50 for Kids. Dinner costs $29, $14.50. Not as cheap as Bakersfield but not bad. The food was average at best. Pretty sad roll your own salad selection, Cream of potato soup. Make your burger (vegan patty too!), fried chicken, couple types of pizza. Tater tots, veggies, one cake for dessert. You can get coffee and soda from the machines. Service was good, they came around asking every once in a while. Hey, its a National Park, you get what you get and pay. Better to eat elsewhere. Overall - Good Food - Fair Decor - Fair Service - Fair Value - Very Good Would we return? - No

The ham double he juicier and turkey could have been tender. The stuffing was okay too, could have been better. Was very disappointed with the beans. The pies were sickeningly sweet. They wee very busy that day but surprised us with their nice service. Hence, the three stars. Nice, clean place and okay good in the middle of a dessert. Not bad! I probably will tell my friends about this when they visit Death Valley.

The perfect environment to have dinner in after a long day of traveling about Death Valley Nat'l Park. For around $40-45, you'll enjoy decent barbeque with a salad bar option and a beer. They had Newcastle (I pronounce it "newguzzle") on tap so I was very pleased. There are lots of foreign tourists that come to Death Valley so there is even a sort of international vibe being at Wranglers and Furnace Creek Ranch (this shopping hub area). The salad was satisfactory. The vegetables hit the spot. And although the barbeque was pretty good, the sauce was too sweet and not spicy enough. Still, I had fun here. If you're in Death Valley, this is the only acceptable place to have dinner.

It was our first time in DVNP, and the cottages looked super cute and convenient. (They were!) In our duplex cottage, we had our own porch area, and inside, a living room (with a sofa fold out bed), a kitchenette area (with a fridge and microwave and coffee maker), a bathroom with a shower, a little washer/dryer laundry machine, and a master bedroom with a closet. We had access to, and used, the 86 degree pool (great after hiking), and there were restaurants and a gift shop and an ice cream shop, and golf facilities. The Oasis is right next door to the Furnace Creek Visitor Center (which we didn't make it to) and the Furnace Creek campground. The service was excellent - our server was very friendly and personable, chatting with us and making recommendations when asked. Everything arrived promptly and as requested. (For instance, I ordered a cocktail with our appetizer and also asked for a glass of wine to be brought with the steak, and the timing was perfect - not always the case when you ask for something to come 20 minutes later.) The food is basic "steakhouse" food - no bells and whistles, and nothing to make it unique, but the steak was delicious, and the sides were perfectly fine. It certainly hit the spot after a day of hiking and exploring. It's expensive, as one would expect in a remote location like this. In normal circumstances, the value wouldn't be there to make it worth visiting... but in the middle of Death Valley, I'll take it! I would go back if I was staying the night again for sure.

I had the roasted chicken, which was quite tasty, particularly the sauce it came in. However I was pretty disappointed in the portion size, particularly given the prices are pretty steep. The size of "veggies and potatoes" was 3 small cuts of a potato and 2 similarly sized cuts of a carrot. The chicken portion was essentially just a leg. The entire area has a bit of a theme park feel to it with pricing, but this felt pretty egregious for $29. Our entire group had a similar takeaway, though some others didn't find theirs as tasty as mine was. I'd pretty strongly recommend against coming here, the sports bar nearby is a far better bang for your buck with probably slightly better quality of food

Both were wrong and the staff basically told us "oh well sorry we're sold out" thankfully there wasn't a price difference and the smoke smell in the rooms were not bad but it would've been nice to at least somewhat accommodate us a little with something other than a "oh well." Would I stay here again? Maybe. I mean it beats driving all the way back to Vegas after trying out the wineries. I would definitely hope they improve it a little bit.
