MagiQuest might be the best $100 a family can spend in the area. We bought the family package online - 60 minutes of quests with loaner wands, 18 holes of black light putt putt, a really cool mirror maze, and 48 arcade credits (3-4 games/person) for 4 people. Our 7 and 9 year old had the best time solving riddles and can't wait to return. Pro-tip: arrive early if you can. We were there within an hour of opening and practically had the place to ourselves, but it got pretty crowded by the time we left - would have required more waiting!

My boys (6,10,10) have been waiting years to attend Magi Quest. We go to the ones at Great Wolf Lodge throughout the year but this was the actual venue. They absolutely loved it and we have been multiple times on our trip. You can get a 30 minute pass, 60 minutes or all day. The 30 minutes is not long enough in our option and the game saves where you left off. They also have an arcade, mirror maze and put put. We did the combo pass that included everything and was worth the money.

Our family really enjoyed MagiQuest. We brought our wands, started our games and enjoyed over an hour of fun and quests. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We had a good time in the glow put put golf and the mirror maze. The arcade was a good mix of fun as well. Definitely worth the cost for us for an afternoon full of fun.

I arrived here around 4:30pm on a Monday afternoon while on vacation. I bought combo tickets online for my party of 5. The family pack (4 people) for $99 and the an additional general combo ticket for $25. The combo we got was for 60 minute quest, arcade credits, mirror maze, and putt putt. We did the 60 minute quest first. It required registration. Each party had to give name, date of birth, and pick a wizard name. This was interesting. We didn't finish though. There is an option to buy more time, but we didn't do that. It was busy. A plus is that there is staff around to hell during the quest. Afterwards, we did the mirror maze and it was fun. You get gloves to touch the mirrors. It was kinda difficult. We definitely went in circles. We started alone and then other people joined. I teamed up with another party and we found the way our haha. I led my group out. It was really funny because the other adult in my party saw me and the way out and started running. But the way the mirrors are set up, it's a trick. So they ran right into one, LOL! For the arcade credits, we got 8 credits per person which is really 2 games as most arcade games is 4 credits. So, that was kinda crappy lol. After the arcade games, we played putt put, which was the last aspect of the combo. It was really cool, honesty. It was glow in the dark. We left around 7:30pm. Not bad for 4 activities and 3 hours there. I would recommend! I'd suggest 1.5-2 hours for the quest though.

Cute little arcade place. I like the outside decoration so decided to go in. This place consists of arcade games and a mirror maze. If you have small kids they will love it. Pricing was reasonable and the variety of games were limited.

Brought my daughter here for Spring Break! It's an indoor arcade/amusement center for kids. It was packed! But overall the kids enjoyed. You pay $25 for a combo ticket which allows you into all 3 of the attractions (MagiQuest, Mini Golf & Mirror House plus 8 arcade tokens) The lines for the MagiQuest & Mini Gold we're long but the kids had fun at the arcade. Overall this is a decently destination for children and I'd come back if I were in Pigeon Forge

We went here today for the second time and had just as much fun. If you enjoy riddles and wizardry, you should definitely check this place out. The four of us (2 adults, a 14 year old, & a 13 year old) loved it. The 'castle' actually houses the MagiQuest adventure, Pirate Golf, and an arcade. You can find a $3 off coupon in some of the coupon books found as you go into Walmart, but to use the coupon you have to do a combo package of all three. We only did the MagiQuest adventure upstairs this time, but we have done the Pirate Golf in the past and enjoyed it. The arcade looked really nice as well. Also, if you've played before, you can start back where you left off without having to start all over. If you buy a wand, you can use it at any MagiQuest location and keep up with your progress. My son bought one with a dragon on it the last time we were here, and he used it to play today too. Keep in mind though that reading is required to play the adventure, so young kids who can't read yet, may not enjoy it as much. Of course, you could always work together on the same quest at the same time and still enjoy it. That's what we did our first time, because my son wasn't sure what to do at first. If you have an hour or two to do something unique, you should totally check out the big castle beside Mellow Mushroom in Pigeon Forge.

NO SOCIAL DISTANCING & MASKS NOT ENFORCED. We had fun here, especially my 12 year old who is into RPGs. The price was great in my opinion and we used a coupon from one of the books from our hotel. It was a little hard for me to understand at first. The initial instructions given by the staff weren't clear. When you go to Magi training they give you a loaner wand or you can buy one. You go into a room for training where they show you how to use your wand and what the goal is of the game. After training you go to some touch screens and decide which runes you want to earn. After earning the needed runes you can go on an adventure. Adventures are basically defeating a foe.

So, me and my brother always come here and one day we come and walk in and we notice they cleared a huge spot and there was a sign and it said arcade coming soon. Magi quest was originally just magic and all that and now it has a mirror maze and fix pirate golf and now an arcade which they don't need anymore. Some magis that help are sometimes not friendly. But other than that it's good and I if you love Harry Potter or like it, I would recommend Magi Quest. The only thing I don't like about this is that they add all of this stuff that they didn't need in the first place and they forgot what magi quest is really about

Instead of being very cuisine-focused with (at most) a kitschy theme, Downtown Flavortown feels more like an arcade with upscale food and drink options. It's really neat, but it's definitely not what I expected! (Protip! If you're going to eat or drink here, plan to do it at a standard table or while duck bowling. It's very very hard to do it while at the arcade!) PROS: -Lots and lots to do here. You can enjoy a sit-down meal, duck pin bowling, or play in an arcade. There is also a gift store and a few photo backdrops available. We didn't actually eat any of the food (only drinks and activities) and still spent 3 and a half hours here. -The place is beautiful. It's clearly newer, but even so, the choice of decor really helped make the place. There are a lot of bright (static) colored lights in addition to reds and woods. It has a bit of a casino feel to it. And of course, the word "Flavortown" is pretty much everywhere. -Gigantic parking lot right outside. Really, it's a mall-sized parking lot. Considering how much difficulty we've had parking a few places in the area, this was a really welcome sight. -"Duck bowling" lanes were pretty new, and they operate flawlessly. We didn't have any issues with miscounted pins or unfunctional hardware. The employee who seated us was also privacy-conscious, and he was seating teams one lane apart since they weren't at full capacity. It made for a really great time. -"Duck" bowling lanes also come with prizes to work towards. You can win a little duck (100 points) or big duck (200 points) if your bowling total is high enough. I'm sure the ducks cost them next to nothing, but it was definitely a deciding factor in whether we wanted to play more games. -Drinks were heavily poured and flavorful. The staff understood their offerings, too, and could offer suggestions based on what flavor profiles you enjoyed. -All of the arcade games worked. While some of them were a little sketchier than others (a ball-tossing game had wet balls that made our hands sticky after playing it; I'm guessing someone spilled a drink in it), all of the games did function as we expected them to. -Arcade games are on a plastic card system. You'll need to head to a kiosk (self-service) to refill them and see how many tickets/points you have, but it is way easier to manage than coins or tickets. -Bathrooms were really clean, and it was cool to see complimentary mouthwash here as well. I can't say I've seen that in a restaurant before. -They have a single room "Family" bathroom in here with children's needs, toilet, and urinal for any families traveling. CONS: -The arcade is missing tables or flat surfaces for drinks. While you're free to grab a drink at the bar and take it into "the" arcade just steps away, the lack of flat surfaces makes this difficult. Since a lot of adults would want to play arcade games with a bit of booze, this does keep the arcade relatively child-heavy. -Prize-to-ticket ratio for "cashing out" your winnings were a bit high. Despite three adults playing the games (versus children who may get lower scores), our $25 of playtime didn't even help us qualify for a movie theater sized box of Skittles. It wasn't the end of the world, but it was definitely surprising.

The staff seemed understaffed, and our food took about 45 minutes to come out. We honestly didn't mind the wait since there wasn't much else to do with most places closed. They weren't bad, but they tasted like they may have stayed in the oil a little too long. I'm a Dave & Buster's Rewards member and visit the chain often in multiple cities, including Los Angeles, Hollywood, Washington, and now Sevierville. This location absolutely holds its own. The space was very clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly, not nearly as crowded as I expected given how tourist-heavy the area is. I visited with my sister, niece, and nephew, and everyone had a great time. Food was on point: I had the steak salad and the Philly cheesesteak, and we also shared the pretzel bites. Everything came out fresh and tasted great, no complaints across the table. Staff were friendly overall and helpful when needed. A special highlight was the Human Claw attraction; my nephew loved every second of it. Pure joy, zero regrets. All around, this was a solid, fun, well-run Dave & Buster's, and I'd happily come back next time I'm in the area.

Thanks, TopJump, for having a time limit. Otherwise, it would be hard to get my children to leave this place. This place really is fun for kids. There are trampolines, a trampoline dodge ball court, trampoline basketball courts, ninja courses, a foam pit, an area for really young kids, and lots of rock wall climbing in a different section. The climbing area was where I was most nervous, but they show you how to snap into the climbing system. Parents help their kids do it, and it's super simple. By the end, my oldest child was doing it himself and helping other kids, too, so it's very easy. The climbing area is where adventurous kids can really show off, because there are lots of different things to climb. I'm subtracting one star because the joint is a little worse for the wear. You can tell that the building is old, and things just look a little peaked. But there are lots of attentive staff everywhere making sure kids are playing safely, so that's the most important thing.
