I got a text notification that I should look at the website and was bummed but also glad for clear direction. I went there, saw a 1 day puppy training course and texted to sign up. After having some extensive - and themselves very helpful and supportive - text message communications with April, we had her come over this morning to see how she could help us with this issue, particularly important and urgent as we've just recently embarked upon a 7 month family road-trip! April gave us several excellent pointers and examples how we could gradually begin to reshape our dog's phobia - about getting into our SUV - and, much to our amazement and joy, after only 25-30 minutes of direct training (of my wife and I!,) our beloved Golden was not only inside our car but she was laying calmly and seemingly even contentedly being there!
