I still wasn't convinced it didn't stress him out though. We had to kennel him again recently when we went out of state for my grandma's funeral, and this time I did the drop off. I couldn't believe how excited Bear was when we got to the kennel. And the staff was equally excited to see him. This eased MY stress and I felt I was leaving him in good hands. And no stomach issues when he came home after again. Got me thinking, my daughter loves going to hotels on vacation, so maybe it was a vacation at a doggy hotel for him, too? Just thankful I can breathe easier knowing I have somewhere I can trust to take care of my fur baby when we can't take him with us!

He was so comfortable with this place and its wonderful people that when he had to see Dr. Harsh for medical care, he was unafraid and loved him too with big lick to the face. The attached picture was hung in the lobby of River City of our sweet boy and you can see how happy he was playing with his friends. She was dismissive, snippy, and openly showed her exasperation when I had to look up past medical dates on my phone. After making several rude comments, she left the exam room. My scared kitten and I were left waiting alone for 30 minutes. Your front desk staff is the face of your business, and this tech's terrible attitude cost you a client. We were given estimates at the time of service and made decisions based on those numbers. However, additional charges were later presented that were not clearly communicated or aligned with what we understood and agreed to. We paid the high end of the surgical estimate, yet are now being pursued for more without clear justification. Beyond the financial concerns, the way this situation has been handled has felt unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive, including threats of collections before a clear resolution process. We are currently working to resolve the balance, but we will also be filing a complaint with the Idaho State Board of Veterinary Medicine due to concerns about transparency and communication. We strongly encourage others to ask very detailed questions and get everything clearly documented before proceeding with care here.

Told the technician exactly what Gwenn needed and since she has no tail, I like them to make her tail in a heart. The service was very fast, picked her up within 1 1/2 hrs.
