GMC dealership noted 'check engine light' and 'various codes' which showed transmission failure were deleted prior to me purchasing the truck Contacted this dealership to obtain service records and tell them about the issues and was ignored and thrown off. Had to pay almost $9,000 for the transmission to be rebuilt. I am extremely disappointed, and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM HERE.

I appreciate the services that new car buyers get for the 1st 25,000 miles. I'm just more concerned with how I'll be able to afford these same services after the free services aren't available to me anymore. I know it's important to keep up on this type of services for new cars but in reality I won't be able to afford oil changes/tire rotations here anymore pretty soon. Showed up for my appointment ( I live an hour away) and was told that they were suppose to call me to let me know it was cancelled. This never happened I called twice left a message for the manager to let them know how irritated I was with no call back or follow up. Would have been an easy apology on their side and maybe $20 bucks off my service I would have chalked it up to we all make mistakes and I would have made another appointment. With no follow through on Lodi Toyota's behalf they have lost me as a customer to poor customer service. I will take my business elsewhere!
