He gave me an idea of what was going to take place next and I asked him if he would give me a written quote and to send it to me by email or text so I could contact the owner to let him know. Without a quote from him I contacted the owner and he said to go ahead and get it done. That was one day later. I have left him numerous messages to set up a time to finish this job and after 8 days he still has not contacted me. I now have to start this process over with someone else. I had mistakenly reserved a trailer out of the Live Oak location and she was more than happy to move my reservation to the Lodi store. She set me up with an appointment on short notice. Kudos! I showed up to my appointment a half hour early this morning and after a few minutes of sitting I got a call from one of the team members. He asked if that was me parked out front. When I told him it was me he told me to come in and we'd get started. He mentioned he didn't want me sitting out there waiting. Kudos! When I looked at the trailer I reserved I immediately knew it was too small. He said no problem and showed me my options. I settled on a 6 X 12 and started the paperwork. It was fast, smooth and detailed. A pleasant buying experience. Kudos! Once that was done I was taken outside where another gentleman walked me through the hookup process. Showed me all the bells and whistles. This guy knew his stuff. Answered all my questions thoroughly. When he was done another gentlemen came out and did the final paperwork. Kudos! I wish I could remember their names but all 3 team members went above and beyond their duties. Hell, they even offered me a donut and water. I would definitely recommend the Lodi location. I looked the same trailer up the next day it had went down $400. This type of practice is cheating the customer. They tried to blame the finance company, but the company had already given me my brake down with all the number in a email so I knew they wasn't telling the truth plus I called. When I called trailer plus main office or even other locations they could not explain why this was happing. I can, its called taken advantage of your customers. Once you get to the location they put in more fee's and start nickel and dime you. And one off them is a ex-police officer. Do yourself a favor and find another place to do business.
