He did not ask me politely to move, nor did he thank me for moving. He basically told me to get out of the way. I was surprised but continued to shop. Toward closing time another employee yelled in a loud booming voice, "Listen everybody, the store"s closing in 5 minutes. All customers have to get out!" I kid you not. A new Aldi's being built in a nearby community. Hopefully they will be better. Low prices should not mean low customer service

He accused me of stealing the items as I walked in and was not only rude but very unkind. Due to the weight of my return, the long walk to the register and my breathing condition I was not breathing well when I first encountered him. Although he could see I wasn't breathing well he continued to ask me questions insisting I answer him instantly. He treated me as if I was a child doing something wrong. I am a 48 year old woman . The policy is 7 days for perishables and 30 days for other items. It has been 4 hours. After I was banned from doing returns he followed me out of the store harassing me the entire way. He is a terrible manager and a unkind, unintelligent, cold, rude person. Everytime I shop there when he's working he's always just standing up front doing nothing. I won't be shopping there again. $17 return vs over $500 a month in sales. Not bright!!!

Everytime we are in the area we try to make it a point to stop in to buy some of their footlong sandwiches. Our favorites include their Italian stallion as well as green monster sandwich. The staff here is generally really polite and they do a great job with making their products. The only downside to this store is the fact that their deli hours are a bit scattered. Every time we show up it's as if we are a few minutes late but when we do get to order our sandwiches, we aren't disappointed. We will continue to stop in here so that we can eat their delicious food as well as pick up snacks.
