Since the accident with their truck and they have been using the smaller trailer truck they stopped serving fries. Instead they replaced it with 4-5 Hushpuppies and a small sauce container of coleslaw. To me its not worth buying the plates without the fries because you feel its less food for the price you pay. My favorites are : Crab bites / crab cake balls. They increased the price to $10 and you only get 5 pcs now. Apparently the size is bigger than before. The new size is golf balls size. Fried Shrimp / you pretty much pay $1 a shrimp. You get about 10-11 shrimps per plate. They are huge shrimps. This costs about $11. Fried Grouper Sandwich / this is my favorite when it came with fries. Because I don't eat the bun - I eat the grouper like fish and chips! The grouper is huge! And tasty! It is one of the popular item on the menu! The cocktail and tartar sauce and the coleslaw are house made. To me the blackberry lemonade and coleslaw tastes like publix. I only follow them to grab eats when im craving but since they stopped serving fries I slowly decline following them nowadays. The cod fish and chips most of the time the fish is tad overcooked .. and no more fries! So I stopped ordering it. As much as I hate to not support the locals .. until they bring back fries in the plates, I wouldn't support as much anymore.

We ordered the tamales and the three taco plate. The tamales were very good, like what you would expect if your mom made them. Nothing fancy, but good quality ingredients . The tacos were those small street tacos. They were fine just not a ton of flavor. If I didn't know we ordered chicken I would not have known what was in the taco. The atmosphere is awesome though. This place is part of the larger Bowden Yard which has several other restaurants all connected, (think permanent food trucks with eating space.) but it's very family friendly and you can eat in the courtyard allowing your more picky people to get what they want somewhere else. Brothers Burger truck review from Family Food Adventures!!!…read more They were out of many things the night we went. So we did not get to try their empanadas that we were so excited to try. We ended up purchasing 5 meals. 3 tropical burgers, 1 slider meal and the most expensive burger on the menu the "House burger", all came with fries. Total cost for all 5 was about 60$, and let me tell you right up front the price is similar to most burger places where you can sit and get drinks so it's kind of expensive in comparison for food that we are taking home and supplying our own drinks. The food took about 35 min. to be prepared, a bit long seeing as they were not busy, but the thought is always good food takes time. The real challenge is their timing on the food coming out. When a Family orders all the food should come out at the same time, it did not. We received the sliders about 5 minutes before the 2nd bag of food, ultimately I had to reheat it when we got home. The tropical burgers came out 2 at the same time and sat on the counter not bagged while the 3rd tropical and house burger were finishing up. We ended up having to reheat the 2 tropical burgers as well. We were only 5 mins from home. Final thoughts: We will definitely go back to try their empanadas, but we would not return for the burgers b/c of price and effort to reheat. Try a second time and the truck was there, but they closed 4 minutes before you got there? or... Finally get there and see so many different things that you want them all and then pick the special b/c come on it's the special!!! We finally got the chance to eat here and maybe the food didn't live up to our excitement or maybe it's just because the food was disappointing!!! They have two sizes Teenie and Jumbo When you realize the Jumbo is a Teenie, to a food connoisseur or when you realize your paying $7-$9+ for a hot dog that is a cheap charlie $2 pack of 8 dogs, it's very disappointing. Does it fill you up at least you ask, not by any means we had to go out and eat after spending $48 on 4 hotdogs and 1 pretzel. My order was done in less than 10 minutes, which was pretty good for a food truck. The fried shrimp is 6 pieces, and it's $12. For $2 more, you get a generous side of fries. The shrimp was huge and sweet. The french fries were thick and well fried, although they were overly salty. You are offered tartar sauce or cocktail sauce. I asked for just ketchup and received nothing. This is a pretty efficient food truck, and I think the prices are reasonable. The shrimp was good, although the fries were salt bombs. The rest of the menu is very crab-heavy (most items are topped with crab), which might or might not appeal to you (it didn't for my family).

Since I was going to be there for three hours, I figured I needed to nourish myself with a bit of grub first. I'm glad this was the truck that was there because it was definitely satisfying! I got the crab cake burger and it was delicious. There was a good amount of crab in it and the bun was very sturdy. I added fries on for an additional dollar. The fries were solid, but I find my true test for fries it whether I would eat them without any dipping sauce. It didn't have enough seasoning or flavor so I ended up needing ketchup. They were crispy and nicely fried though. I was surprised that adding fries was only a dollar. That's a pretty awesome deal. The workers were super friendly. Since it was hot outside I placed my order and came back five minutes later to grab the food. I would definitely eat at this food truck again!
