I found the gun department staffed with EXPERIENCED and attentive employees who participate in shooting activities like I enjoy and were able to offer a discount that made a good deal even better. I feel that if you exhibit the safety habits that make everyone on both sides of the counter feel comfortable and show employees that you would not be a danger to yourself or others you will find employees who are happy to serve and even train you depending on your experience level. Don't expect the same happy response from that employee if you show disrespect for gun safety or have nefarious ownership reasons because those employees protect my rights to legal ownership and the stores best interests which I rely on and keeps me coming back when ever the need dictates.

Before we even started, Mark helped us choose the gear we needed. Mark provided us with the learning materials and came to our house to teach at home and in our pool on a Saturday. We felt confident in the education provided. The following signing in, rentals and even Gatorade-really great service! We felt safe and had fun. The next weekend we did our education and test over a video call Friday night, another at home pool session on Saturday and a trip to Devil's Den Sunday. She pulled out a large bag of shark teeth that she collected while diving recently and let my son and daughter pick out a slew of teeth. They are not only knowledgeable about what they are selling but they talked me out of buying at least two speciality items from them as they said I should just pick up equally useful (and cheaper) tools from a hardware store. I bought a pair of goggles and a dive belt. They threw in a few extras and wished me a very happy day. With small places like this you trade in-store selection for service, I'm a service kinda guy. The only reason this review isn't 5 stars is that the store is not very tidy and actually confusing. I walked into the store not knowing if I had the right place, and that includes some obvious markers such as fins on the wall and regulators casually sitting in the corner.
