This truck charges extra for lengua and certain other meat items that are higher on the "cost" side so they compensate by adding a charge. In this case the burrito itself was $15.39(or something close). The total that I was given was $19.17 with the extra charge. I saw that I had exactly $20 in cash. I just said to put the change in the tip jar. There was nothing in the tip jar. So I was taken aback to see the lady working put what looked like $4 in singles into the tip jar. My change was .83. Just an observation. On a final note, this truck is now charging .50 and .99 for salsa cups(depending on size). My burrito came with a bag, no napkins. No salsa. No plasticware. Nothing.

Soft, pita wrap (I'm strongly guessing homemade) perfectly crispy veggies, a light delicious sauce and some of the very best falafels I've ever tasted. Ever. I can't say strongly enough how amazing this was - I wish they had one of these trucks in every city I go through. I could eat this sandwich every day. Go - just go, eat and be happy.

The gal at the counter was very nice, we had a good conversation, we talked about the menu, the sides, and I asked her recommendation for sauces. She told me her couple and I went with it. I ordered a main sauce and then asked if the other sauce if they could be on the side so I could try a variety, and she said she could put them all on the side and I could try them out. (In hindsight I am glad I did because these travels 40 minutes back to grays harbor and they double dipped breading was still crunchy... YES!!! Still crunchy.side note: because we love rural I have a powered hot/cold box that keeps food warm or cold for long drives) The breading has great seasoning and flavor, the plain mean (after the first bite) is seasoned well and very tasty. The wings are very large, which is the way I like them. I tried the Buffalo and the Sweet Blaze, and they were both amazing. I dunked heavily and then topped with some bleu cheese... this is the ONLY wing joint I'll go to. (I think like the heat in the buffalo I think a little over the sweet) The honey biscuits were not too sweet, and very amazing. I couldn't try the Waddles as they were sold out but thats ok, I'll try them next time.
