Was really craving Pad Thai, and wanted to try something new. I showed up literally as he opened, and was greeted by a very friendly person who took my order. He answered my questions and was very helpful. I got the Pad Thai Trio with the green veggies for the side. Took it home and enjoyed my lunch. I am not a Pad Thai connoisseur, so I can't tell you if it conforms or excels at what it is. But I do know it was good. The sauce was sweet, but not too sweet. And the mixture of veggies and noodles and tofu was great. There was some sort of veggie skin that would get caught in my teeth, but that sounds worse to read than it was in the eating experience. The rice was just white rice, and the veggies had tasted ok. I did like the seasoning used on them, it was a nice savory against the sweet of the Pad Thai. The portions seemed small when I first saw the container, but once I started eating, it was apparent that he had filled that container quite full. Honestly, probably will not get the trio next time, just the Pad Thai. But there will definitely be a next time.

We had come by the area to stop by for a different food truck but they were not there despite their hours saying that they would be, so we decided to try out All About Pad Thai instead since they were open. As we were looking at their menu to decide what we wanted, the owner/cashier was very polite and kind and asked if he could give our dogs some treats as they were with us. Our fur babies loved the treats and the nice gentleman complimented them. I always appreciate a business that is dog friendly. We decided to order a Pad Thai classic and Pad Thai Stix. We were given a little electronic device that would beep when our order was ready. After a few minutes, we got our food and on their counter they had utensils, napkins, sauce cups, and different ways of giving your food some spice as they do not have the typical star spice level system here. The sauces they provided were a peanut sauce and sweet chili sauce and it went perfectly with our Pad Thais. We were really impressed with Pad Thai Stix as that was our first time trying anything like that. We definitely want to return to try more of their menu! There are plenty of seating near the food truck. There are even sheds with seating as well, if you want to avoid the sun. read more

I have never eaten here. Being that I work in one of our local downtown Olympia restaurants I am always reading up on Thurston County Food Scores. All About Pad Thai scored 90, count them, "90" Red Points last week. The most I have ever seen in the history of my reading Health Inspection scores is a 63. I do not care how many 4 and 5 Star ratings may be present on Yelp. 90 points speaks for itself. Eat at your own risk. read more

Awesome classic Pad Thai, good portion size too. Only downside is this truck may be hard to find if you're not familiar with the area. There's street parking and it's located in the West Central Park gravel plaza. read more

The BEST Thai in town by miles! So fresh, so tasty, nearly everything is gluten free. I dream of their larb, the perfect blend of veggies and mint. Great spring rolls. Dishes are around $13 - 15, which seems really reasonable for the quality and quantity. Friendly service to boot. Expect to wait about 10 minutes for your freshly made dish. The ambiance in the park can be hit or miss depending on how many folks are hanging around, since it is a bit of a hot spot for the local (friendly) unhoused population. Stellar. Pretty, but no flavor to the sauce. All the components are there except the pad thai sauce. Very orangy sauce but no flavor of having tamarind, fish sauce or sweetness of sugar. Won't eat there again unfortunately. read more

Food is good. Reconvene more sauce on the Pad Thai. It's often dry which makes it less enjoyable. No option to call in or order online so you are forced to sit and wait next to a bus stop with homeless weirdos. read more

A well deserved 5 star rating. All sauces are gluten free which is not always the case with Thai. We both had the pad Thai trio. One with green beans and one with the sprouts. The pad Thai is delicious. The flavors are really great, the ingredients were fresh and crisp. The green beans were stir fried and cooked perfectly. They have great flavor. The bean sprouts were racially good. I also enjoyed the fresh rolls with a really nice peanut sauce. The service was friendly and fast. The Thai iced tea can be dairy free and was really delicious with coconut milk. Could not have had a better experience. Also the prices really reasonable. read more
