My drinks are always yummy! I love the girls here and their sandwiches are scrumptious

Writing a review for this BigFoot Java is a bit tricky as we have had some not so great experiences with some of the baristas here, but after a year of being in Puyallup then moving back, it seems the location has improved. The baristas here have been very friendly and efficient at making drinks not only look great but taste great too. They are also always so sweet to say hello and offer treats to our two dogs that are usually with us. We love to try out their monthly special drinks but we do have our stable favorites such as the Creamsicle, which for some reason the baristas never ever get right which is super unfortunate. They give me the frostbite version every time and when I tell them the iced version, they look at me confused and try to correct me that I want the frostbite version. I truly would like this to be taught better as I haven't had that drink in forever due to this confusion. Other than that though, no other issues. read more

Over the years I move around to different coffee spots! Hadn't been to Big Foot in a minute but tonight I did!! So happy to see a switch up in the menu! Very consistent and staff is always so friendly. Their drinks are very good and the baked goods are tasty.

Got charged $9 for 4 shots of espresso (no milk) in an 8oz cup with some caramel syrup pumped into it (specifically asked for the drizzle kind), so that's the last time I'll ever come here. read more

I was buying a coffee at the seventy second tahoma bigfoot. I go with my brother like twice a week. Practically and he handed over his card to charge the coffees. The girls said it didn't work so we were gonna try mine and then put his back in to see if it worked well. She charged the coffee's on my card and then she got rude. So I decided I didn't want the coffice. She said oh I can't undo it. But we didn't get our coffee either.So I called the bank.My charge card was charged for the coffees and we got no coffees.So how do you figure that?How do you get your coffees that you paid for and they didn't give you? Also , when we got to our fifteen coffee And we were supposed to get a free one suddenly our account Is missing not very good service. The only good coffee drink so the white mocha and I only go here because of the price when I don't want to spend the extra few $$ on Starbucks. The past few times I've went there's an African American lady who has awful customer service. Her face is not pleasant and inviting. She has an attitude all the time and the other white girls there are always on their phone texting and talking shit to each other. Ordered once before through Doordash. One of the very few coffee shops in the area that's open 24/7. I tried the Legendary Latte. It's a bit too sweet. I don't usually mind sweet coffee as long as the coffee taste is strong. Theirs is a bit on the weak side. Maybe i will try to order an extra shot next time. Prices are reasonable. Can't comment on the service and ambiance since I was not able to visit the stand myself. read more

With the recent hold ups a lot of us are feeling you need to put the safety of your employees first. Going cashless isn't going to help, just upset robbers more we think. Late night needs security don't you think and maybe allowing baristas to keep things like Bear spray would be a start. You're employees deserve a safe place to work, not to wonder whether or not they're gonna make it home to their loved ones and family members. I use to be a big supporter for this chain. With them going cashless it is hard to tip the baristas and I do like giving good servers tips. I get the safety of the employees but it isn't going to deter robbers since it is still an establishment and not everyone has a card that is accepted on their devices or wants to put money onto the cards and do two transactions that still involves taking cash. I was treated rudely the last time I went to one where barista just straight up said "we don't take cash" in a rude tone that made me not want to go with this chain anymore. I'll put my money into the other independent chains that deserve it more. Y'all are better off supporting the smaller tinier kiosks than BFJ. For Parkland go to the kiosk at Saars, Gravity or Wolfe Club. Y'all should really put it on your boards "We're cashless." Also retrain some of the barista's for better customer service. They should be saying "we're sorry, we can't accept cash." Not "We don't take cash." And maybe instead of being a 24 hr job you close down after 8 since that is when it starts to go dead if you really want to provide safety to your workers by not being open. read more

I wanted to order on DoorDash but they didn't have the matcha frostbite on the menu so I called and the worker tried to put back on the menu but couldn't so she just said to order and she'll make the matcha frostbite, that was super nice of her thank you, it was so good!!! read more

My fiancé went to get a coffee from there at 10:15 pm tonight. There was a car in front of him, who ended up leaving without getting anything. So when my fiancé pulled up to the window, he saw the barista at the other window, talking to a friend, and playing on her phone. She turned and looked at him, said NOTHING, then turned back to her friend to continue there conversation, all the while, playing on her phone. He ended up leaving and going to the other Federal Way location, where he saw the car that had left this location right before he did because of being ignored. This is very disappointing. There used to be some really friendly baristas at this location, and now you have people working there that just don't care. Will not be going back to this location. read more

Non existent customer service and zero value for money spent. I came through last night around 9ish and there was only one other car on the other side. The barista turned around, told me she was going to be with me in a moment before turning back to her personal conversation with the people in the car, who I assumed were her friends. This went on for minutes and I thought that was weird, given the fact that she still turned around a few more times and saw that I was still there. Just when I was ready to give up, another barista came out from the back and took my order. I paid $6 for a 24 oz Hot Caramel Apple drink which consisted of 3 packages of apple cider powder and hot water. One star for opening 24 hrs but this will be the last time they get my money. read more

I like the coffee but this place has the slowest service. The baristas are very nice but not very efficient. I have seen one talking to a customer for minutes after she handed him his drink. There were two cars behind him and it was a weekday morning. I guess maybe I am inpatient but in the morning I need to get to work. read more

I LOVE their drinks and service! We go there at least 3x's a week. It's my goto now since moving to Puyallup. Unfortunately, their cups are awful and cheap!!! I mean like horrible where the lids NEVEr stay on and they're Constantine spilled coffee everywhere. They recently changed their cups/lids to an even worst style then before. Maybe to save money? Not sure, but what I do know is that I've spilled yet another whole cold mythical mocha all over my leather seats and conceal. This is unacceptable and they need to pay a little more money for their supplies. They charge the same as Starbucks who I switch from thinking I could support local only to find out I'm paying the same amount but for a cheap container that spills and can't keep the lids on it to save my life. Just an FYI to anyone getting their cold drinks there that you will experience this as well eventually. Great drinks but not worth the hassle anymore. During a recent visit, I was charged $8 even for a 24oz Nutty Yeti. I paid cash and received no change back. Unless prices have increased substantially (even more), it appears the employee was dishonest, even with tax included. Why rip a customer off if someone is already stooping to a lower level? It was my mistake for not questioning it right away, due to lack of sleep and first time visiting this location. This is unfortunate because I had excellent customer service and attention to detail in pouring of shots. I won't post when or what time this happened for sake this employee will keep their job and reevaluate their decisions, but I will not be returning to this location again. read more

April 22 2023 1030pm. Ordered Breva cappuccino. Mrs attitude aka the batista asks if I want it hot? Then asked me if I want foam? She says they make it different here. Proceeds to give me attitude for no reason. Then gives me a 300° coffee. Taste horrible. Way way way to hot to even consume. This is ridiculous. Train your people better. Bigfoot coffee is decent, but there is a lot of inconsistency! I usually order a white chocolate mocha breve, some days its PERFECT, other days the coffee sometimes tastes burnt! The redbull drinks are good, but it's also something you can't really mess up so it's not something to be proud of. Another thing is any big foot i go too, the customer service is pretty bad :/ it seems as if they don't really care about their customers or don't focus on customer loyalty. Bigfoot is good, but if you're looking more for amazing coffee & great customer service that show love, I prefer gravity coffee! read more

Location is great but wait can be long at times. Cars can back up all the way to the street on both sides on a busy day (mostly weekends). Most of the crew are great except for one of their recently new added staff. I've been going here at least once a week since late August of 2018. I've had 2 encounters with this barista (I wish they had name tags but the best description I could give is that she is blonde and wears glasses) since then and both encounter were not pleasant. She always seem to be in a bad mood and make it seem like she doesn't want to be there serving customers. The first encounter didn't bother me that much as I thought she was just having a bad day. The 2nd encounter was today, 8/8, and the behavior is still the same as last time, if not worst. We always get our typical drink, Mythical Mocha (If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out). When I pulled up on the window, I asked her if I could use my free drink for a 44oz drink. She said yes (you actually can't and will need to pay extra for the large cup). Then I proceeded to tell her my order but she was very dismissive and kept cutting me off during my order. After I told her my order, she started making the drink but didn't finish and left and had another barista finish the drink instead (at least she was way nicer). The other barista then explained that I couldn't use the free drink for the 44oz and she ended up just giving it to me for free. We left her a tip. I'm just very disappointed with the customer service. I'll still be coming to this location as it's closest to my house but just wish customer service be improved. read more

This isn't about this location, the girls and the coffee here are lovely. Pacific Highway stand does not have a way for reviews yet and I am very upset over this stand!! Corporate is really screwing these poor girls over!! I loved this company but I'm so Disappointed!! Ever since the Pacific Highway location opened, I've been going there because I loved that there's a Bigfoot close to home. But. This location is clearly not important to the owners AT ALL!!!! No signs to show it's a big foot, it's the only location with NO MENUS, I can't redeem my loyalty points here because NO ONE WANTS TO SET THEM UP FOR SUCCESS. It still says Jumpstart on the building! I feel for these girls, I sat in line while at the other side window, they were being BERATED for not being Jump Start anymore! Like that's their fault! Corporate truly needs a reality check. Visit was on April 20th both drive up lines were long, waiting for at least 10 minutes maybe 15 just to pull in and find out they did not have my drink available or the supplies to make it. Conveniently located and whenever I have a craving for some coffee; I come here. All the ladies here are friendly and will gladly help you narrow down your selection if your undecided. I have to say that I question either the quality or strength of their coffee because I find that the coffee is rather weak. Or maybe it just depends on who's making at that moment? The only time I can honestly say I've really loved my coffee drinks is if I've added a flavored syrup to it like hazelnut. One of my favorites is the Abominable White Mocha with a shot of hazelnut for extra sweetness, Nutty Yeti is pretty weak in my opinion, Berry and the Beast is VERY SWEET if your into that kind of thing!
