Let me start by saying I started my conversation with the General Manager Dakota Blanco by saying…read moreplease give me the same service you would give your Mother and he did just that! Dakota did not try to upsell me on anything, gave me a coupon off without asking, explained everything that was done in detail, advised my filters were still in great shape (usually I have felt pushed to replace even when not needed at other places) I was given a free car wash coupon good for up to a year, my service was completed so fast and once I paid I turned and my car was backed up waiting with the car door open. I paid and left with these flowers. This was above and beyond in my book and I will be a repeat customer in the future! Thank you Dakota for exceptional customer service, appreciate you! Wendy

The tech told me he put a better oil plug gasket thing on, and it fixed the issue. I took my jeep again, told the about my last experience and request they put the better gasket with the plug, they seemed to brush me off. I told them of my planned road trip and I didn't want to have to come back because it's leaking. Well, guess what? I noticed fresh oil in my driveway AGAIN. I had to take my vehicle back again to have the address the plug. Two visits, two issues with leaky oil. Not good value when you have two go twice for one oil change. I will not go back.

Today, however, Loverly went above and beyond to help make sure I received what I needed. She was incredibly helpful and took the time to assist me, something I haven't experienced on my previous visits. In the past, I was simply told that they couldn't control what printed and that was the end of the conversation. I truly appreciate Loverly's outstanding customer service and willingness to help. Thank you for having someone who genuinely cares about taking care of your customers!

I am writing to formally complain about an awful experience I had this morning at your Superstar…read moreCar Wash location in Peoria, Arizona. The location was not busy, and I confirmed with the employees that they were open before having my vehicle serviced. I had recently been to the beach and specifically asked for the interior of my vehicle to be vacuumed because of the sand. When the service was completed, I immediately noticed that a considerable amount of sand was still left throughout the vehicle. Including dog hair. I brought this to the employees' attention, but no one offered to finish vacuuming or correct the problem. More concerning, I discovered a scratch on my leather seat that I believe occurred while my vehicle was being serviced. I take very good care of my vehicle, and this damage was extremely upsetting. I asked to speak with the manager, Juan, because I was concerned about both the incomplete service and the damage. Unfortunately, his response was even more disappointing than the service itself. Rather than showing concern or attempting to resolve the situation, I found him dismissive, arrogant, and lacking in basic customer service. When I asked for his last name so I could properly document the incident, he refused to provide it. I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I expected the service I paid for to be completed properly and, more importantly, for my concerns about damage to my vehicle to be taken seriously and handled professionally. This is not the level of service or management I associate with Superstar Car Wash. hoping to hear back from Corporate. My recommendation find another establishment to clean your vehicle!

As a female, I know how I have been scammed by mechanics. So I found true value in Christian Brothers Automotive-Peoria, Lake Pleasant Pkwy! I found this establishment via word of mouth from all the way in Michigan. Their reputation precedes itself. They are honest, knowledgeable, fair and they provide quality service. Tom, and the entire staff served with a smile. Overall, I would highly recommend this Christian Brother Automotive to anyone. We'll stick with them!

Update: Their Front Desk Guy Hooked me on a $200 dollar UPsell on my Vintage PU Truck that I had…read morebrought in for 1(one) minor issue involving the PRNDL linkage. Without indicating there was ANY cost involved whatsoever, Front Desk Guy sweetly asked "would you like us to give it a once-over?" Which, since I was at that time a regular customer, I THOUGHT that meant just give it a safety-check out of courtesy to a repeat, publicly complimentary, senior-citizen client that they maybe cared for! How wrong I was. After having it several days, they tell me that they can't fix the original problem because they "Couldn't find the part - and wouldn't install an after-market part off of Ebay" (My car is a 1999 w/ low mileage) Then the real Clinker after 3 days: They call and say, "We couldn't fix your problem, but come and get your truck and pay Christian Bro's nearly $200 bucks for a "diagnostic" that I WAS NOT INFORMED UP FRONT would cost anything at all! But also, this 'Diagnostic' informs me that my truck needs OVER $4300 DOLLARS in servicings and repairs - Including NEW BRAKES that, apparently the "Diagnostic expert" wasn't aware had been replaced by them on that very truck a few months earlier! I felt totally taken advantage of and complained to the manager, John, who gave me some "yada yada" and stated that that particular employee working the front desk was fired - However, and this is the whole point of the story - This manager of this multi-million dollar, allegedly 'Christian', gold-mine on the corner of Thunderbird & 75th Ave would NOT refund all, or any part, of this deceitful charge with a humble apology for their unscrupulous employee (note: Failure to disclose a COST right up front is a LIE ) Not only that, but Upsell #1 opened the door for MEGA-UPSELL #2 of $4,319 dollars! I STILL look back at this lengthy report with shock and awe. According to this diagnostic that I didn't ask for, there's no reason, whatsoever, my truck is still able to roll down the street. According to them, practically EVERYTHING on my vehicle is on it's last couple of miles.; Lastly, and final insult to my patronage, my age, my intelligence, nor would Christian Brothers even offer a discount or a half-off on the next visit to them. You know, a way of saying, "We still want your business". I think they saw a senior-woman and saw a dumb sucker ready to be plucked out of the stream of suckers. In that lone experience, I learned Christian Brothers is all about "Show me the $ MONEY $" They are only after the money, and customer retention is completely moot. They could care LESS if you are a returning customer. I am no longer using Christian Brothers for any auto repair needs. If anyone knows of an HONEST, caring, competent auto mechanic around Peoria/Glendale please be so kind as to DM me. I'm shopping for one. **I tried to scan & copy the actual Invoice from this incident, but for some technological mystery beyond me - I couldn't get this file search in Yelp to access where I am sure I put the two files.**

I start the wash and the first thing I notice is there is no high pressure soap. I saw an employee walking across the (avoiding eye contact with me) so I walk closer to him. Me: can you check the high pressure soap? Employee: Oh it's broke. Didn't you see the sign? Me: What sign? Employee: Oh someone must have torn them all down. High pressure soap is broken. I finish in the bay and pull forward to the vacuums which I then discover are broken as well. There's no towels (just like last year) and the vacuum area is a mess. Trash everywhere and you can tell no one has paid any attention since the last time I was here. That's because the employees are sitting around a round table smoking and joking. There's no time to clean the place when that table clearly needed someone to hold it down. Parting thoughts; this place is a joke. My thought is, if they pay that little attention to detail would I trust them to change my oil? The answer is nope. No worries though as I won't be back unless I hear it changes ownership to someone who gives a damn about their business. P.S. during the 45 minutes I was there no one took the time to hang new "No soap" signs. I question the honesty of the employee that informed me of said signs.

We brought it back and took more PTO. They said luckily it was under warranty. Well, it better be because that's the same part you tried to fix two days ago. And this day it's still leaks but I'm not trusting them to touch it a third time. 8/7/26 My husband's Chevy Trax had the coolant system "fixed" and we got it Friday at 5pm. It's Sunday 8/9/26 at 8:30am and our car overheats in a drive thru and we had to keep turning it off. Luckily we were a few miles from home and let it cool so we could drive instead of walking 2 miles in 100+ temps. Christian Brothers put us in a really dangerous position. When we had to get the Ford fixed for the second time that was a red flag that we should've listened to. But because we needed our overheated Trax towed, it was easiest to go with Christian Brothers. Let me tell you... Do you not take the easy way out because of the "free tow" because after $1300 our car is still not fixed and now we have to take PTO and rearrange our schedules all over again. I don't think it's a free tow anyhow; I'm sure it's added to the cost of the car services.
