One of the best Coffees to have right before you go to work. The drive thru is and attentive their service will get to know you. My coffee is simple one and one with an extra shot of expresso. Everyone here always has a great smile. Their food menu is great just keep in mind there is not donuts here. The wait is not as long as other coffee shops. I would like to love this spot. I mean it is a local Michigan chain. Help the local be local at doing local things. You know the local movement. Everything here is pretty minimal. I think bigby's needs a redesign to all their stores. But then we were here to do some studying. Doesn't really matter the setting as long as I get my studying done. Ordered a cup of coffee and two orders of the donut holes. The donut holes were pretty good. The coffee with the self serve came with refills. I think we only filled back up once. I wish they would monitor the floor when they're playing music. It was super loud and it was even hard to drown out with my Beats Solo 3 with the Bluetooth capability. Liquid nitrogen ice cream is now at BIGGBY courtesy of Milkster. Limited hours, from 4-9 pm daily. Extremely dense and creamy stuff. All you need is a small which costs $4 and is one solid scoop. This is a great value because there is very little air whipped into the dessert. The large is $5.50 which is like a scoop and a half, or there is a pint size for $9. The ice cream is extremely cold leading to instant brain freeze! Available flavors are vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, cookies and cream, Nutella, Biscoff, Ferraro Roche, and caramel. They have a couple other things like affogato and dragon's breath, which is corn puffs that steam out nitrogen and have their own safety instructions... Only downside is since each serving is made fresh, it takes some time to mix and there are only three blenders. Unique! read more

I wanna like this place as it is near my house and easy just to get to but I could not. Arriving and going into this coffee shop was interesting as bbn it has 2 doors. Confusing lol the people were nice and took our order pretty fast. I went here my husband and a friend to get some studying done. The place was very simple and not cozy at all. Very minimal with chairs and tables. The music was loud and hard to deal with even with your own ear buds in. We would not be coming back to this location. read more

If you want to hear lots of cursing around, or if you would like to be made fun of once you leave then Biggby is right up your alley. Then yes! go to any Biggby of your choice. As a Michigander I am a great supporter of Michigan-owned businesses, which is why I decided to give my hard-earned money to a BiggBy, eventhough their prices are much higher then other coffee shops (like Sweetwaters, or even Starbucks). But after visiting multiple locations I've become so disgusted at the attention and customer service. Not only this location but also the one in Outer drive in Allen Park, also the Taylor location and Canton location. It seems to be a trend for Biggby to not have training for their employees as to how to conduct themselves in a professional manner; they are always cursing, and sneezing in the area where they make the coffee...seriously! Who wants to be given the 'stare' when the baristas are unhappy to remake your drink, or when they think you aren't looking they are badmouthing you. This is just plain disrespectful. On Friday, a lady who ordered a drink in front of me, clearly told them their order, yet it was made wrong, and then they blamed her saying "we repeated it back to you"...seriously. Also, at another location, when my drink was made wrong, they were very busy so I waited patiently until they slowed down, in the mean time I had already taken a couple of sips trying to convince my self it was good. When I told the barista, she told me "well you've already been drinking from it" and did not want to remake my drink, so I told her that was fine if she cant remake it. Then when you file a complain Biggby sends you right back to the manager of the store...really...literally I will never return now. I've had enough. Go to a bigger more well known chain like Starbucks, at least there, their customer service is much better, and when you try to file a complaint they dont give you the run around to go back to talk to a manager. That is so inappropriate! This is my first ever review on any business. I never ever review any business even if they are lousy. But this is just ridiculous I had to make a review and waste my time! Don't give your money to a company who does not care about your experience...go elsewhere like I did. I now go to Sweetwaters and back to Starbucks! I'd give this place zero stars if I could. I've been coming here for 3 yrs. never had a problem until recently. Theres one women that is always rude to me. I've never complained to the owner, I just pray I never see her. Usually I don't. Last night I did and she was beyond horrid. When I pulled up she barely put the thing out the window so I could swipe my card. I had to over extend my arm, and a sharp pain shot through my newly fused neck. I was ready to cry. I muttered the word "jesus" and this woman got real snippy and said "what did you say to me?" I explained I wasn't speaking to her, even told her I was in pain and why. She said I had an attitude and refused to serve me. Looked me right in the eye and lied to my face saying I swore at her, and supposedly another employee the week before. (Funny because the week before I came in 3 times, had great convos with the employees while I waited. I can even describe them and what we spoke about, and did to the owner.) I was recording by this point, and for the record I'm a deeply religious person, I don't use foul language. Anyone that knows me can tell you this. I got most of the incident on film. When I went to talk to the owner, he refused to listen or even watch the video. He repeated what she told him, I cussed at her and someone else. I've never cussed at a person in a drive thru. Like I said, I been a loyal customer for 3 yrs, I never expected someone to act this way. I have had convo's at the drive thru window with many employees over the yrs and not once have I mistreated any of them. I'd avoid this store in the evening. Personally I will never spend another dime there. Wouldn't even watch the video. Never seen anyone ignore an issue so blatantly in all my life. read more

I really wish there was closer biggby because the ladies here have an attitude if you've asked them not to add whip cream to your coffee multiple times . Every time I get a coffee from them they do not listen and continue to do what they want and then want to say "that's not what you said" when that's exactly what I asked not to have . I wish the owner would address them because it's honestly irritating to feel like I have to remind them multiple times when I clearly stated my order the first time . read more

I work down the street-so I'm a regular here. Every time I come, every-single-employee is not only friendly but is also personable and makes time for small conversation- which is nice from a drive thru. The everything bagel is awesome and the coffee is the perfect pick me up. I am always leaving with a good experience. Keep up the great work guys! read more

loved that a biggby went in which was easier for me to access than others in the area but they never quite got their act together on service or trustworthiness went when they 1st started and I got crap for trying to use a coupon they provided at their startup - seemed the employee didn't know how to ring it in waited a while and went back and seemed to be ok for a while - minimal order errors but then I made the mistake of trying to obtain the earned free drink which they aren't able to provide at this location for some reason, they (or their computer system) will let you rack up the free drinks but will never flag or allow for the free drink when you reach it thought the 1st time this happened must've been me - I saw the cashier confused and she had to call someone over - but I hadn't checked recently and assumed I wasn't at the freespot yet but nope! they just glossed over it somehow still thinking this was just an error, when I made to the next freebie, I was a but more aware so was suspicious when the order I thought it should have come on didn't pan out I parked after that drive through order and checked my account and sure enough it was zeroed back out again with no free drink I immediately went in to get it adjusted and got some nice hate stares for daring to request an adjustment and was told I could take a free drink then or nothing I dared further to request an adjustment on my card, a coupon, something as I had just ordered 4 drinks and really didn't need another one - but all I just got blank stares - so I took a tea to go for later and that was the last time I'll ever go to this location make sure to go to the outer drive location instead - better service and you actually get your free drinks without a hassle! read more
