Incredible disappointed. I got here 10 minutes before closing the open sign was on so I went through the drive thru. No one answered say there for 3 minutes before pulling around to walk in the lobby open light still on. But the door is locked. I was prepared to tip well because I know how frustrating last minute customers can be. If you're gonna close early, at least turn the open light off. read more

Stopped in to this location while on a long road trip and I just needed real coffee not fast food restaurant coffee! Store was easy to get to, a little farther from the highway then I would usually do but was worth it to me! Store was clean and spacious, staff friendly and personable. I ordered the honey, cinnamon, vanilla latte which was aromatic and delicious, my husband had an americano which he really enjoyed. Both of us used the restroom and although there is only a single room for each gender they were clean and accessible. If in Fenton again I would definitely come back, highly recommended! read more

First time at this location and ordered a Cafe Latte which was well made and hit the spot. As were were the only customers there at the time, ordering was a snap and our coffee drinks were out quickly. Good overall experience where I can see myself returning to this location in the future the next time I am in Fenton. read more

"You have to take the one with the oldest date" So, this morning there was a choice between 3 of these donuts hole containers. I of course reached for the fresh one. The barista informs me I have to take the oldest one? I informed her that no I don't. I'm the consumer and I'm taking the one of the three offered that I want to purchase. Some people.. WooHoo!!! BIGBY!!!!!!!!!!! I love Bigby Coffee, so glad they opened up in such a perfect location for me. I remember the first time I walked into this place I was greeted by three gals that all screamed hello with some real excitement. I think it took all off two visits before the one remembered what I drank and whether I needed room for cream. The owner is such a sweet lady and you can tell that she really cares about her business and employees, it makes all the difference. In the area, they definitely pour the tastiest drinks, ask 'em to break out the big book and make 'em pick something random. They really seem to love coffee which always makes the difference when getting the perfect crema. If you are ever in need of a pick-me-up, whether it be coffee or a pep talk, see the gals over at Bigby (especially Kelcey, she's the platinum standard). p.s. not sure if they are G enuff to pull a short shot but I'll get back to you on that. read more

Ordered our food and drinks inside 2 drinks and 1 beagle sausage eggs cheese. We got our drinks in a very timely manner by the gentleman. But once it came to our beagle we waited 15 mins while 3 other people got there beagles who also ordered after us 10 mins in the gentleman who made our drinks asked if we where waiting on anything and we told him so 5 more mins past and a girl walks up and say you got waiting on anything or just standing there where we told them that's it was a beagle we get our beagle and head out to the car and leave I take a couple bites and once I got close to the middle it was ice cold Needs better quantity control read more

This place is probably the worst Biggby. They always get your order wrong, their staff manhandle your drinks (sure, touch money then rub your gross hands all over the lid of my cup), they publish coupons then haggle with you and don't accept them, and their drive thru is awful. Not to mention they are somehow more expensive than Starbucks, which is hard to fathom. Go to Crust, Cafe Aroma, or even the drive thru Starbucks opening on Owen Road in a month over this place. I spend a good amount of my time studying in the cafe at the Fenton Biggby, and have had an almost stellar experience there. Their WiFi is reliable, their cafe is clean, the staff is courteous, and they are quick to make drinks. While I agree with other reviewers that the prices are pretty steep, that's not the fault of the employees who work there. I highly suggest grabbing one of their rewards cards, and signing up for their email list (they send a weekly coupon, most often a buy 1 get 1 free). read more

A solid place in Fenton to stop for coffee. I only get to frequent Biggby on my infrequent visits to Michigan, and sometimes the staff members seem hesitant to make suggestions about what I should order. When I stopped into this location last week, getting an opinion was like pulling teeth. Some guidance towards helping me order a yummy drink that suits my taste would go a long way. It would also be nice if they confirmed I wanted the huge heaping of whipped cream that came atop my iced latte once I finally decided. I fell in love with Biggby Coffee while a student at Michigan State. I'm happy to see my favorite Michigan business in Fenton. You get the same great drink selections as every Biggby location. I feel like this Bigby Coffee has false advertising and rude staff. The sign said $1.99 iced coffee up to 24 oz. I ordered 2 vanilla iced coffees and it was over $10!! When I questioned the woman at the window she was rude and condescending towards me. Considering we have other coffee shops in town, I will not return to this place. Also, I would think the staff would go out of their way to make the customer happy and keep their business. No such luck here. Very disappointing. read more

They always get orders wrong, and they seem be more concerned with small talk. Clearly, they all need to be focused on the task at hand. An "everything" bagel is a stale semi toasted burnt bagel with a thumbnail sized tub of cream cheese? Then one of the "special" holiday peppermint drinks was nothing more than steam milk with a giant blast of hersey syrup, a dollop of whip cream. Never again! read more

The drive-thru at this location is usually super slow...however, the inside isn't too bad (most of the time). Prices of coffee at Biggby seem high to me compared to other places but, I like to splurge on their flavors sometimes...coupons help offset the price difference. However, beware, the owner seems to be a stickler on how you use your coupons in conjunction with the E-wards (you can't here) and she gets a bit snippy when you question her ways (not very professional business etiquette). read more
