There were a couple of tables of patrons and no one waiting at the counter so I went right up to order. I was supposed to get a free smoothie…read moreif I ordered an entrée or a bowl so I asked them at the window how to go about doing that and they told me as long as I have the app on my phone, but I would get the free smoothie well when I went up to the window, they charge me full price and she wouldn't explain to me why she charged me full price so she went and got someone else and they told me it was because I ordered the smaller smoothie which they did not tell me that when I was ordering it, but it had to be the the bigger one. they just have poor communication and I will never go there again.
