I've gotten cold brew with sweet foam and my bf black coffee. The sweet foam adds the perfect amount of sweet without being too much. It's been consistently good coffee without the pretentiousness or the ridiculous prices. If you want good coffee then definitely hit up this place. read more

Next since I suck it up everytime to be treated like shit by this staff and just smile you all can try to be a little more on point on the RIDICULOUS wait time in the location and the drive through. First I'll say I love biggby coffee. But this location has the WORST service! Walked in, was greeted by the employees but then was allowed to stand at the counter for 15 mins (not a single person in line and two cars in the drive thru) before just leaving.... Was never told we will be right with you or we are extremely busy, they just continued working behind the counter as if we weren't standing right there I have never experienced this at any other location thankfully! So if your on gull rd I would just pass up this location, there are other options. read more

There is nothing, in my opinion, better than an Iced White Lightning, but the Gull Road location seems to be able to mess it up! Now, considering Biggby Coffee is a chain, I would assume that they have recipes and systems that are supposed to be followed, but my white lightning from the Gull Road location was covered in caramel. By the time the drink came out to me, there was a line behind me. The server noticed the mistake and rather than having it made right, she left the choice to me; and of course, I didn't want to hold up the ever-growing line so I accepted something I didn't want, and boy -- was that a nasty tasting mistake! My favorite Biggby Coffee places are on Beckley in Battle Creek and on Westnedge across from Meijer's in Portage. read more

What is the point of asking a customer if they would like it hot, iced, or frozen if you do not even listen to the answer before making them their drink? I asked for hot, as it is raining moderately outside and a hot drink sounded very nice, which is what I ordered. You can see in the picture I got a frozen drink... Awesome. One of our party had never been there and the barista was very friendly and helpful in coming up with a drink she would enjoy, and gave the rest of us the same level of service. They always have hot coffee and ultra perky staff. As a bonus, most of the baristas know how to make a proper latte without additional instruction (a little foam). What I think Biggby lacks is water processed decaf, syrups made from scratch and treats that are healthy. When ever we drink their coffee all I can think about are the chemicals we're ingesting. I have never had a better sugar free latte in my life. One does not exist. My go-to order is a super sugar-free iced mocha-mocha latte with no whip, and it is prepared exactly the same way every single time -- no inconsistency here! Other than the fact that they often seem to put new/training employees at the drive-thru window, absolutely no complaints with this location, or the other one I frequent on E Main, which just opened up about 6 months or so ago and does not appear to have a Yelp page. I was in this Biggby on Halloween, where I had the misfortune of overhearing all of the employees gossip and complain about another employee that was not working at the time. Even if the workers' grievances were valid, it was so unprofessional for them to talk about a coworker in front of customers. I will be sending my business elsewhere from now on, simply because I would rather enjoy my coffee without such negativity in a place of business. As for the girls that were working, I suggest you all consider talking about others behind their back when you are not on the clock; you never know who will overhear you. read more
