Menu is limited and is similar to a Starbucks. The girl working the register obviously didn't want to be at work. I felt that being there for the first time and asking legit questions was beyond her. I'm sure they get plenty of tourists. Muffins are not displayed which is disappointing bc you can't really see them or the food offerings. The ppl after me got their drinks faster than me. I was left hanging for about 10 minutes. And there was two ppl working the espresso machine. Then oh you're waiting for food? Yep. I think there were 5 ppl in a small space and it was a cluster on who was doing what. read more

As always bigby had wonderful coffee! Today I ordered the dragonfruit and strawberry chiller. They added boba to the drink and it was wonderful. The flavor was what I expected and the service was great. I'm kinda bummed out they do not have a lobby to sit and enjoy coffee with friends anymore. The drive thru is very efficient and gets lots of good business though so I won't hold back on bigby just because of no lobby. I would recommend this Bigby for great service and excellent product. read more

Biggby is big up in Michigan. You see a Biggby sign by many exits and there just happened to be one in South Haven not a mile away from where we were staying. I love coffee but this place has more than just coffee. They have breakfast food items as well. I ordered a 20 oz latté and my husband ordered a tea latté. We also both ordered a bragel with turkey and havarti cheese on everything bagel. Both our drinks and food were delicious. The bragels were so good and so filling! The staff were very friendly, COVID protocols were enforced and followed by customers. The place was kept clean with a couple socially distanced tables. I wish Biggby was in my town. I would definitely patronize this business more often for their delicious food and beverage! read more

As usual Sta.$&@ coffee goers, we were in Michigan at a local coffee shop(it is a chain). This particular store was super clean, well staffed and beyond friendly. It is apparent they have regulars and enjoy their jobs. The coffee names are interesting and the variety they put out is incredible. They offer soy, oat, skim and coconut milk. Pay attention because they are overcharging you drink by drink. Their prices on the signs do not match what they are charging in the computer. And if you point it out everyone in the store just walks away and ignores you instead of offering to fix anything or even apologizing. Terrible custom service. Not to mention they will mess up your food 4/5 times. And if you ask for a refund they will nod their head and then never refund your order once you leave. And last time I paid in cash they didn't even give me change back even after overcharging. You are better off skipping the South Haven Biggby altogether. I've never been to a Biggby Coffee prior to this stop. I was staying in South Haven for Labor Day weekend with family. Let's just say my mom makes coffee flavored water. Yeah, I needed my coffee in the morning so I did a quick Yelp search and found I could walk to this spot. My husband and I walked the dog over to get our coffee. I went in while my hubby sat in an outdoor chair and waited with the dog. I got a bagel and egg sandwich with an iced latte. Both were delicious, exactly what I ordered, and came with great service. Stopped by this morning for a "quick" coffee run with friends. after being stuck in the drive thru line for over an hour the staff wasn't even able to get our drinks right or provide polite service. We were made to feel like a nuisance for calmly asking that our order be corrected after such a long wait. I went to get coffee before work 11/13/21 at 11:20 am. I got my order and waited for my coffee. When I saw that people that came after me were getting their coffee I asked when I was going to get mine, this was at 11:55, already late for work. They told me they didn't have my ticket. I love Biggby and have stopped at this location more than any other. There are none even remotely near where I live, so I only get to enjoy them when I travel to Michigan. I frequent this one and one in Holland...and then any others I see as well. But I've been to this one the most and I love it. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and while the store is small, I like that as it makes it feel more comfortable. Thanks to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff I was made aware of deals both days I stopped in this week, getting a free drink on Wednesday (BOGO day) and a free shot on Friday. Hell of a deal that I happily took advantage of and would not have known about had the employees not said anything. I normally only ever do butter bear but I've branched our the last few times I've been in and also had mint mocha and a teddy bear. They're both good but I still prefer the butter bear the most. The ham and cheese bagel is a favorite of mine as well, but really all of their bagel/sandwich options are good. I almost never get Biggby to go. I'm a librarian and I'm always reading something and it doesn't matter what time of day it is when I stop in to a Biggby, I make time to sit and truly enjoy my drink and sandwich/bagel and some of whatever book I'm currently on, because while they are busy places, they're just comfy and inviting to be in. The South Haven location should all be proud of themselves because they're the best around and they always make me feel really jealous that there's nothing even remotely like it in the podunk town where I live. This is the worst post-COVID service ever. We waited 25 minutes for just regular coffee!!! They had one line for all orders (fancy drinks, food, coffee). There should be a separate line for those that just want plain coffee, wouldn't this make sense???? Every customer there was frustrated, and there were many of us. 4 girls working. One of my favorite coffee places. Passing through and had to stop since our local one sadly closed. My kids love the cup of whip and sprinkles, keeps them busy if you want to sit and enjoy your coffee. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. 6/27/22 I wanted to love this place and was excited about trying it! I took my two college kids to the one in South Haven. We were in line for the drive-thru and one car away from ordering when we saw they had a walk up window so decided to do that to look over their drink menu and not keep anyone waiting in the drive-thru line. We weren't upset that they wanted to take care of the cars in the drive-thru line first so we sat and chatted. When it was our turn to order, we ordered two bagels with cream cheese, a sausage egg bagel, a small hot chocolate, and a small mocha. When our order was ready, they handed us everything we ordered and also a large latte. I looked confused and the person who took our order said "wait you only ordered two drinks". I sat down and then she motioned for me to come back up to the window. She said they charged me for the drink by accident and it was mine. I said I didn't want it because it wasn't something I would drink (it was a white chocolate drink and I'm not a fan). She said I payed for it and handed it to me. When I sat back down, I realized I didn't get my cream cheese and when I went back to the window the two workers were extremely rude to me. I explained I explained I didn't get my cream cheese. The worker explained she could help me with the cream cheese but couldn't help me with the coffee I didn't order. Wow!!! We won't be going back. read more

Usually I would never give this biggby A bad review because The workers are respectful the place is clean and my coffee has never had a problem but due to what happened this morning it has come to it. my best friend and I went to this Biggby and there was a piece of plastic in my coffee and there was a nat (the bug) in my best friends smoothie. you just lost a loyal customer because that's beyond disgusting. read more

I have never been to a Biggby coffee before this. I have some friends who live in Michigan and I've seen them post about it. This was the closest and most convenient coffee option to us. It is more like a Dunkin' Donuts than a Starbucks, but they offer a good selection of hot and frozen drinks. There were even a lot of teas, which not even Starbucks offers. They also had some really delicious looking bagel sandwiches. We plan to go back tomorrow and get some for breakfast! read more

Everytime I walk in I always get greeted with a bunch of smiles! Everyone is always in a good mood and the coffee is amazing. I've gone in so much the employees know my order by heart . This was our first ever stop at a Biggby Coffee and it was all right. Prices were a little better than Starbucks. My husband had the nitro which he really liked. I went for flavored brewed coffee. I was a little put off by the brewed coffee being self-serve, especially after we'd left a tip for service, but whatever. I first tried the black & tan and it was not even warm. I had to drink it very quickly. For a second cup, I talked to the staff about the temperature of my black & tan and they switched around their thermal coffee carafes. I tried Pumpkin Pie flavor which was nice & hot, but I thought its flavor was really lacking. Still, better than most c-store coffee and our total with an okay-tasting muffin and 2 drinks (1 premium) was just around ten bucks. I'd return to Biggby but I'm not super excited about it, either. read more

I find South Haven sadly lacking in quality coffee shops, I've visited all the local ones and have found myself disappointed. Recently while visiting family I stopped in Biggby, I wasn't expecting much and was actually pleasantly surprised. The coffee was good (not great, but good) and definitely a step up from Starbucks. This is a chain so don't go in expecting to get you mind blown, however for a good, consistent place whilst on vacation this will do. read more
