Typical drive-through complaint starts out with. I placed an order for a steak egg and cheese biscuit after I got home with my food. It was determined to be a steak egg and cheese bagel that I cannot eat when I call to make a complaint a snooty little Miss Barb answers the phone And when I asked to speak to a manager, she said she wasn't there. I said is there a manager there? She says she was the manager really rude and snippy now when you have a customer calling to make a complaint, I don't think being snippy and rude and then hanging up on them before they even tell you what they're complaint is is a good idea. We stopped here to get something to eat while coming home from a long road trip. We were the only car in the drive thru at about 8:30pm and it took a couple of minutes for someone to even get on the intercom to help us. We went up to first window to pay and saw several people behind the glass in the area yet after 5 minutes not a single person asked for our payment. Fine- maybe they take payment at the pick up window instead, we drove up there and despite there being 3 workers behind the glass no one acknowledged us for an extensive period of time. When they finally did the guy goes "did you pay?!" we respond that we did not because no one was opening the first window. He responds "oh well you're supposed to pay back there" and huffs away taking our card. I'm sorry but how does one pay when no one will take our payment... I saw several people (at least 6) working at/around just the two windows who had one order at the time but apparently that was too much for them to handle because on top of all of that, they got the order wrong. read more

Came in for a bathroom break and to grab some chicken nuggets as a snack. From previous reviews I see this McDonald's had some major cleanliness issues, but when I came in I thankfully saw no outrageously dirty areas. Bathroom was clean, but the non-handicap stall was more narrow than any bathroom I'd been in. If you pay with cash you do need to use a register and since they are short staffed they have signs on the register to go to the kiosks. An employee did eventually come take care of us but it took a minute and we were looked at oddly several times before we were helped as if they were wondering if we could read the signs. Other than the short wait for our order to be taken, they were fairly quick to get us our food. Staff was very busy so we didn't have enough of interaction to say if they were friendly or not. If you need the bathroom I'd say this is good place to find one. If you need to pay cash I would probably recommend just going through the drive-thru so you don't have to wait extra time just to be noticed. They also have a play place for kids if you are on a long trip and have restless kids in tow. Overall pretty standard McDonalds. read more

Got breakfast this morning. Order was lacking several things . I needed my hash browns for breakfast meal, had to ask for the Large Diet Coke that went with it . Gave it begrudgingly, and got home and it was a reg Coke . And a hot mocha with other meal . Had to ask for it . Again, begrudgingly. Didn't look at it when handed to me, but it already had the drinking flap open . I think it was a coffee that was handed back , and handed to me. So that and the coke went down the drain. It's bad enough to get orders wrong consistently, but being greeted at the pay window with a better attitude and then the pick up window too would be nice. read more

Now this is the best McDonalds I've ever seen in my whole life, the environment was so clean, the workers so nice. I got a free meal for my birthday and they let me a 44 year old man play in the play place as nostalgic, which was very sanitary. Food 10/10. read more

I ordered a chicken nuggets kids meal with buffalo sauce. They took over 20mins to fulfill the order (the kids meal is all I ordered). I overlooked that but was very angry when I finally leave and realize they gave me bbq instead of buffalo. The french fries were spilled all inside and didn't even fully fill the tiny little thing it comes in to begin with. During my wait two people from the dive-thru came in because they were given incorrect change. The only thing keeping it from one star was the lady who took our order and that the food was pretty fresh. Sad we didn't keep our receipt. I know we all make mistakes but this is ridiculous. If there was a manual "How not to run a McDonald's during Sunday morning breakfast rush", it would be by South Haven McD's. I get it, they were probably short handed, but you can't leave people standing at the counter waiting to order and going TOTALLY without acknowledgement for 5-6 minutes, including by who appeared to be a manager. It was like he didn't want to make eye contact. Meanwhile there are two teen employees who just saunter back and forth past the people waiting because they must be on break and all they cared about was getting their own food. Tell your customers "so sorry about the wait" or "I'm so sorry I'll be with you shortly", it helps a lot. read more

Me and my boyfriend came through the drive thru and we had ordered breakfast. When we had paid for our food we noticed that one of the sandwiches cost a lot more than the other sandwich (they were the same sandwich). When we got up to the second window we asked a women why one cost more than the other and she just repeatedly said it had egg on it (didn't ask for egg on our sandwiches) as if we couldn't read that for ourselves. But what really got to me was the women had the nerve to say to her manager "can you deal with these people?" I have never felt more disrespected in my life. Even the manager was rude and acted like it wasn't a big deal. The cashier was absent from the counter for the majority of my wait time.
