Great store great coffee. They do a nice job. The negative comments I read are from negative folks they should read their own messages before post. Seems they would not be satisfied with any service. I ordered a 20 ounce frozen vanilla bean and a bacon egg and cheese Bragle. The person at the window asked me to pull up and wait for my bagel. After waiting a good few minutes, I went into the store because my vanilla Bean did not have very much espresso in it. When I went in my bagel was sitting on the counter no one was attempting to bring it out to me. They said they would make my vanilla Bean over which they did, this drink had absolutely no espresso in it whatsoever. You can tell by the color at first and of course you can tell by the taste. The gentleman that made it started arguing with me that he made it correctly and he was not going to make me another one. Another female in the restaurant told me that I could leave and to have the day that I deserved, in a derogatory manner. First of all I paid a lot of money for a drink and a bagel , the drink you can't even drink because it is just pure sugar. I always order the same thing, so I know what it should taste like. For them to argue with me and not give me the correct product in unacceptable. Well, needless to say, I will not be going there again . How dare they treat their customers this way . read more

Coffee is good, but if you want a hot coffee be sure to order a frozen coffee! At least once a month, I'll order a something and receive the exact opposite. No whipped cream? It's served with whipped cream. Order a frozen coffee? It's served hot! It's really an inconvenience to have to wait for them to remake the drink after already waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru. read more

Since the new management took over drink quality, consistency, and speed have been incredibly problematic. I waited in the drive thru so long I just gave up and made my own drink at home. Sad to see the decline of this store. read more

But what sets this one apart is Moe, the owner, and his staff. There's a positive vibe and energy here that is very difficult to emulate. Except unlike Matt Stafford, Moe and his crew score every time. When you come to Bigby Westland, you don't just get superior drinks, excellent treats/breakfast but a smile and grade A service. Seriously. You should see Moe and his Baristas at work. It's like Tom Brady in the Super Bowl LI vs the Falcons. Patriots down 28-3, Moe is taking charge and taking names. I've witnessed Moe (and his crew) taking orders through their headsets and being able to tell what someone is going to order just from the sound of their voice. They care about their customers and genuinely enjoy seeing them on a daily basis. Ive been going to this location for awhile. Ive always had such an amazing experience. The girls are always so sweet and kind to me. Love Biggby in general.. ive been to multiple different store locations and go to Biggby at least 4 times a week. I always get the same drink (iced coffee, splash of oat milk, shot of espresso) and I usually am very pleased with the consistency of good coffee. However, this was my first time visiting this location and my coffee was absolutely horrible. Very light in color & tastes very watered down. Disappointed.. read more

There isn't a better place for a cheerful, inviting place. And there certainly isn't a better place for delicious coffee. My wife and I walked in this morning, and to say they were busier than hell, is an understatement. But amongst the chaos, every employee stopped just to say greet to us. I mean, they. were. busy. But the young lady that took our order was super friendly, and took our order straight away. I love stopping in here just for the atmosphere, let alone the coffee. First off...it's Biggby coffee! So you can't go wrong on the product. Secondly, I travel around a lot and am always looking for the local Biggby so I can stop in for a drink/snack, and then set up my laptop and get some work done. This location is by far the BEST when it comes to customer service. #TeamMo is by far the best trained and outgoing staff I have seen in a long time. My background is in management and the owner Mo does a great job with his staff. I almost can't go into another Biggby anymore because they all feel so cold after spending time here. Good lattes, but the music isn't conducive to studying or reading (loud country/pop/rock).

The staff is nice. While I have given them several opportunities, they don't listen. I am a fan of tea lattes. This is the only location that puts whip cream on it. I ask for it without whip and several times had to send it back because they have messed up my order. Why is it so hard to get correct?!? read more
