They're good guys until once they get your money. Do not, I repeat, do not by the tire and wheel package unless they give you brand new tires. I will sold a bike with the tire and wheel package and I've already had to replace a rear tire without using the warranty, which I'll give them that. They did make it right and send me a tire. But when my bike went in here at my local dealership and had a safety inspection done. The front tire was dry rotted. I've only had the bike, not even a year, so it wasn't by my doing and of course, now they do not want to warranty it, so just be careful like I said they're good guys until they get your money. After the other dealerships refused to honor the financing rates that are on Harley's website Mark assured me that if I qualify for that rate than they'll get me that rate. I started looking at a used bike and they honored the rate the other dealerships said that they would not do right from the beginning. Came in on a whim yesterday with my man friend Chris aka macho supreme. I immediately felt comfortable with the vibe and the people. Since it was a Saturday, they had live music and free bbq. Super chill. After 10 minutes of looking at bikes, we were approached by Oscar (salesman). He asked us some questions about what bikes we were looking into, where we were from, etc. Not once did we feel pressured at all. He was incredibly friendly and relatable and understood our situation as first time buyers. After a while of chatting, he invited us to crunch some numbers and check about financing. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE I went in there when I was 19 to buy my first bike and they sold me a $12,000 used bike for $23,000. After attempting for 2 months to cancel my warranties over the phone I went in person (took a day off of work) to make sure it got done. 1 of their 2 finance managers, Dolly, the women who put me in the loan to begin with, was super disrespectful and disregarding. She attempted to send me home without providing me the service I came there for. As a previous customer I was not treated as a priority. So I came back at a later date, and I tried to have a salesperson (Drew) get it done which they did in 5 minutes. (Got me my cancelable amount) at the same time I gave them an opportunity to purchase the bike back. They offered me $7500 for the $23,000 bike that they sold me 7 months ago. I have 2 other dealerships constantly following up with me to help me get rid of the bike starting the conversation between 10 and 11k. I was hoping to have everything done at the place that sold me the bike but unfortunately I won't be doing business with these corrupt people. She almost immediately looked upset and her voice got louder stating "well i don't see anything wrong with that one, but i can get another if you want." My bf politely answered, "well yeah i want another one -- don't you see this is damaged?!" -- this girl goes in the back and loudly complains to someone else (knowing we can hear her) mocking my bf, "i need another gasket because this guy out there doesn't like this one! I can't believe he is making me go get another one!" She came out and loudly says "here you go.. here's another one!" I stared at her and she couldn't even make eye contact knowing damn well that we heard her complain! She rung him up with a smirk on her face.... I wanted to complain, but my bf just wanted to leave even though i saw how upset he was for being treated so disrespectfully. We won't come back here again! read more

I moved to SD area in 2017 and between my ex and I, we have purchased 3 bikes from these guys. The closest other dealership is in SD proper and I just find that at Biggs, there is less pressure to buy and more of a deal in the Sales Dept. Although I am proud to support local bike shops for my fluid changes, Biggs has always handled all of my warranty work in the Service Dept Kieran (mgr) and Josh (asst mgr) have always taken good care of me, as I've unfortunately had a lot of electrical issues with my '18 Deluxe. I can bring my bike in and wait for it, and they always have me back on the road in 2 hours or less. Robyn in service is the shizzzz too. Danny Boy in Parts Dept rocks and even all the chicks in Merchandise and at front desk are super cool. While you're waiting for your bike to get serviced, Biggs has a waiting area with complimentary water bottles, coffee, and hot tea. Most Saturdays they host events with bands and vendor tents. They also do charity runs regularly. Overall, Biggs is a decent dealership and if you're looking for a Harley or anything Harley related, I highly recommend coming to these guys. The ONLY thing that I can complain about is that HD gear is super expensive, especially for women, so I usually only shop the sales racks at dealerships for my purchases. Many dealerships will have mark downs as deep as 50%, sometimes even more during holidays. Biggs usually sticks to 30% off on their sales rack, and the pickings are slim, which doesn't really make their clothing marked down low enough to motivate me to buy from them. Bummer read more

Bought a 2022 Sportster 48 yesterday from Biggs. Ernan helped me after I had responded to one of their ads. Service from Ernan could not have been better, provided details over phone about bike and even sent a personalized video after I'd asked if there were any scratches or dings. Since I was driving from Huntington Beach I didnt want to show up and be surprised by anything. He had bike ready and waiting, so I did quick test drive to confirm decision.
