Our tour lasted approximately 20-30 minutes and our guide was friendly and patient with our excited group of kids who needed an occasional reminder to stay back from the chain dividing the tour group area from the production floor. The kids were fascinated, and it was cool to watch the chocolatiers in action, slicing caramel slabs into squares to be turned into hundreds and hundreds of candies. The sample chocolates at the end of the tour were delicious! We got to choose between chocolate peppermint bars and caramel snowmen.
