I love Crumbl and I'd be lying if I said I didn't check the line up every week. I never thought I'd be so passionate about cookies, but here we are. This location is in the same plaza as Dierbergs. It makes it easy to make all of your healthy groceries for the week and then hop over for that solid concept of balance :) This specific day was wild busy, it was NYE. I was planning on staying in and wanted something a little special. I ordered my 4 cookies on the iPad and waited for about 15 minutes for my order. They crew was SO busy and were trying their best to keep up with orders. It's a small space so if you don't do well in crowded places, I definitely recommend placing your order online! Cookies were delicious per usual, looking forward to the next line up to see what strikes my fancy!

A family members recent stay strong the ICU at Barnes Jewish was mad so much better because of nurse Talor. During general conversation we got into the topic of if we liked candy (I have a sweet tooth just like her) she said she loved cookies but didn't like chocolate, eats around the chips of a chocolate chip cookie so we made sure to get her some non chocolate crumbl since she also mentioned she likes them. Thank you Talor for your incredible treatment and service of my Father-in-law.

I was greeted the second I came in with a polite smile , I placed my order and everything came out so fresh! The workers were very nice and the inside was very clean. It was also very fast service!

Stopped by this location on a nice evening of indulgence, this being the second location I have visited. It was just a normal weeknight, so they weren't busy, and I was able to order and get my cookies within minutes Convenient location right by the new Dierbergs, with plenty of parking. The cookies, of course were great. Cookies are large and easily splittable. I'm quite sure I will return more often than I should!

Gross and over priced. Costumer service horrible. The waiting area was small and not conducive to lines

I also love that this space aims to provide front/ back of house skills for adults with intellectual disabilities. We went in the afternoon, so a lot of bakery items were sold out (good sign). They had full size gooey butter cakes and pre wrapped items ready to, so definitely keeping that in mind. They also had their famous smile cookies (I've been eating them since I was a kid). They have a full ice cream bar in here (had no idea) which is great to add to the sweet treat line up. My coffee was great (iced latte) and the service was also good. Parking can be tricky in downtown Kirkwood (if you know you know) but we scored a lucky spot on the street right outside. Check it out!

And I don't remember what I had, lol! I liked it and I'll return to update this review if I remember what it was. A few of the employees -- people perhaps in their early 20s who did not appear to take their jobs as seriously as the cashier -- were engaged in a private conversation behind the counter. The cashier and customers had to wait a moment to get their attention about a menu item that had been discontinued, though the online menu we found had not been updated. We had a group of 8 people. We sat upstairs. I wasn't all over the setup of the space. Perhaps half of the seating is upstairs and the stairs have a bend/turn. The person bussing lost control of the tray. From what I could see, in her attempt to regain control of the tray, she fell and broke something or some glass cut her and she was bleeding quite a lot before she left for treatment. I think smaller trays may be in order, or a dumbwaiter, or perhaps an employee with better upper body control could do this task. Between that and a comment said by one of the waitstaff that I prefer not to repeat, I am hoping I caught them on an "off" day. We need more businesses like this one. The food was good, too, so I will return.

It's fun, quirky, and filled with delicious goodies -- a great place to get coffee and tea, with the added bonus of sweet treats! I love the rotation of seasonal drinks, and the baked goods are a small but mighty selection of scones, muffins, cookies, brioche cinnamon rolls (my favorite!), and other yummy baked deliciousness! Staff are friendly and helpful in offering options -- for example, I needed some dairy free milk choices. The barista also offered great recommendations with the seasonal drinks. Pricing is really reasonable... which allows you to indulge in some additional baked goods or one of their fun merchandise items like homemade dog treats, t-shirts, mugs, etc. I also like that they have a small shelf of books, records, and games if you want a little BFF time - with your bestie or for just yourself! I enjoy stopping in for refreshments and a little break from shopping on Lindbergh, or getting something to go to enjoy at home. The vibe is relaxed, and easy-going, and marching to the beat of its own drum. You gotta love places like this! There is plenty of parking, and the lot is easy to get in and out of. Just watch your step at the doorway entry/exit. It's got a slight incline - so watch your step. Seating is limited, but it seems to work, because there is a steady "to go" crowd that doesn't take up the tables. I love this cool spot in South County! It's local, and I love that over bigger, more expensive alternatives. I've been thinking a lot about those cinnamon rolls. So, I need another visit!

Today, I literally had to leave because when I walked in, there was no one behind the counter, I stood there for a few minutes until someone finally came out out of the back section, and then I assume, went behind the counter to tell the worker that I was waiting. When the worker came out, she had a bunch of cookies in her hands that she then had to proceed to fold and put into a bag and then she started making the coffee of two people that were sitting at the counter while I was still just standing there. She did acknowledge me, which I appreciate, but at that point, I have been standing there for at least five minutes and I still hadn't ordered my coffee. I told her that I had to leave because I had to get to work and went to Starbucks instead, which I really didn't want to do. But this has been a pattern with this place- either they're not hiring enough staff, the staff that they have is overwhelmed or something is going on. I've been coming here for almost a year- and I definitely would prefer to patronize a local Shop, but not if it's gonna take five minutes to even just get my order taken when I am literally the only person in line. Also, I wanna add, I literally used to come here three times a week. This is not a new experience, but this one has really taken it over the top. Like I said, I want to support a local coffee shop, and I want to like this place, but particularly in the morning when people are on their way to work, this type of delay is totally unacceptable. I'm not blaming the worker, I'm blaming whoever's doing the scheduling.

I got there around 2:18 p.m. (they close at 3), so they were sold out of most of their selection. Luckily, I was still able to grab a dairy-free chocolate chip cookie and a lemon blueberry truffle. If I hadn't known the cookie was dairy-free, I never would have guessed. While I usually prefer a softer cookie, this one had a nice balance--a slightly soft center with just a bit of crunch around the edges. I wouldn't have minded a few more chocolate chips, but it was still satisfying. The lemon blueberry truffle, however, was the standout. It was absolutely delicious. The attendant mentioned they come frozen and that most people actually prefer them that way. After trying it, I can see why. The first bite reminded me of the blueberry cake donut from Kwik Trip, but with a bright hint of lemon that made it even better. Overall, both treats definitely hit the spot. Next time, I'll be sure to get there earlier so I can choose from the full selection!
