I wanted a permanent bracelet for my birthday back in September and found Bijut, not too far from me and their website was user friendly and I booked an appointment. Carmen is so so sweet. She was calm, reassuring and did not rush me in making the selection. I found my perfect simple sparkly yet dainty jewelry and she did her magic. We sized it, I wanted it to dangle and it was absolutely perfect. She chit chatted with me and my husband the entire time, along with Kevin and it was done pretty quickly. Since my bracelet dangled it snagged on a lot of things and it never broke when I thought it might. Unfortunately after 4 months, my car took some of the dangle. But! They have a lifetime warranty- (and I wanted it resized a little smaller anyway) so I booked an appointment with them within 12 hours. She made me feel so welcomed and resized my bracelet and fixed the dangly part. The whole process was less than 12 minutes. I was even debating on getting another one because they had new cute styles. I WILL be coming back for another bracelet and necklace. Their goody bags come with cleaning cloths and their punch card too! My bracelet still shines and it has been through alot with my occupation. I definitely recommend coming here! Had my permanent anklet (that I got somewhere else) break on me & was looking for a place that could fix it that day. I googled a place & Bijut came up. Contacted them & they replied right away, got us in short notice & fixed my anklet the exact way I wanted it (it had a charm & the other place didn't attach it the way I asked because they were rushing, but Carmen took her time did it exactly how I asked) When we got to the lofts, she came down to bring us up with her. Upon arrival into her space, the positive energy radiating from it made me feel right at home. She has 2 dogs that I fell in love with, they are usually in a separate space but I am a huge dog lover so she let them out for me, they made my day even better. Later on I got a second anklet for my stack from her & they both feel extremely secure. While she was preparing the first time I was looking around her store & she had a ghost coffin ring from her halloween collection last year that I became obsessed with, I put it down but couldn't stop thinking of it so on my second visit I decided it was meant to be mine & I picked it up.
