Almost seemed annoyed we were bothering here. Just did fact finding the first visit. Second visit, new lady, much more user friendly and help us place our order. Ordered a PCS plaque for a co-worker. I thought a fair price and can turn it around in 10 days. I forgot to bring the farewell message for the plaque so they said I could email it in and did so the next day. They didn't respond to my email despite my request to confirm receipt so tomorrow I will call to follow up. I'll post pictures once I get the actual plaque.

I brought a special piece to Melissa, a KORN drumhead and drumstick gifted to my husband by a band member. I trusted Melissa to take care of this one of kind, irreplaceable piece, and she did! She presented decor options to me that I didn't even know existed (such as metal decals to display KORN albums alongside the memorabilia). She went out of her way to present quality materials to me. Melissa was also communicative about the progress on the piece, sending me periodic messages. Also, for the amount of work done, the price, around 390 with taxes, was extremely reasonable. Thank you, Melissa, for giving this a great gift that impressed my husband. Also, for those Fort Campbell soldiers, Melissa does a ton of military work! We did experience several obstacles that led to it taking around nine plus months to get my piece back (long enough to produce a baby!)--IDespite the length of time (I wasn't on a timeline anyway, and wanted it done right)--I would go back again. The owner quickly looked at the bracelet and proceeded to tell me that she doesn't recommend bracelets under $500 to get a safety chain! I told her that my bracelet had been appraised and it's worth well over $500 and she proceeded to tell me that a jewelers appraise pieces for whatever they want! My bracelet was appraised by GIA which certifies 95% of the diamonds that come from jewelry stores all over the country! It was extremely reckless and disrespectful for her to value a customer's piece of jewelry without putting under a microscope and assessing the cut and clarity of the diamonds! As I walked out she also proceeded to tell someone very loudly that she doesn't do anything for free! She has a nice-nasty attitude that lacks tact, professionalism and more importantly integrity! I heard she used to be in a kiosk in the mall and she moved to a storefront. If she isn't careful about treating customers and prospective customers with respect she will find herself back in that same kiosk or out of business!
