They had multiple…read moreoptions of bikes (e-bikes, fixed-gear, city bikes and tandem bikes) The staff were friendly and helpful, recommending bikes based on your comfort. Their prices are a bit higher than others around there, but I think the quality of their bikes make up for it. The experience of renting the bike was smooth as you only need to provide a credit card on file before you rent and are only charged after you return the bikes. This removes the hassle of calculating how long you would want to rent the bikes for. They also provide helmets so you don't need to bring anything with you. I'll be sure to stop by there again before summer ends for sure :)

Can return it anytime before their closing hours. Free helmets, bike locks, and baskets if needed. Staff are friendly and let you try different bikes to find the right fit. Bikes are well maintained, comfortable, and ride smoothly. We've rented from them multiple times and keep coming back. If you're renting a bike in the area, I'd recommend these guys over the shops right at the entrance--better prices and great service!

From signing paperwork (they hold onto one of your drivers licenses), getting fitted, and receiving a helmet, we were on our way. They have a few different bike iterations to rent and we went for the classic single riders. Once we were done riding we brought them back, paid our balance and merrily went on our way. The bikes were solid but perhaps a little outdated compared to other places. You can't beat the price though!

We saw so many beautiful sights in and around Stanley Park, including an eagle's nest! They even provided ponchos just in case the Vancouver weather decided not to cooperate. As a history major and as a Vancouver native, his knowledge of the park's history, plants, trees, animals and the indigenous people was vast and interesting. Everyone in our group was engaged and appreciative of all the sights and sounds during our tour. There were even people not on our bike tour who listened in on what Zack had to say. The bikes were outfitted with a pouch to carry wallets, keys, phones, and small cameras and or binoculars. There's also a cage for water bottles. We often stopped to see notable landmarks, sculptures, and monuments. For the nature enthusiasts, Zack showed us blue heron nests, Beaver Lake and forest. Everyone enjoyed learning about the various trees (we even spotted a woodpeckers!) I highly recommend this company for a bike tour of Stanley Park!

The register girl was really sweet and friendly. A quick instruction and off we went.
