Tried this place for the first time today and honestly I have nothing to complain about. I got a protein shake that tasted amazing and my mom got a coffee that she absolutely loved (I can't remember the names of what we ordered) but honestly you need to try it if you haven't already. I discovered Bikini Beans this month and dropped it this month. The coffee was good, which is what kept my money coming. I recently had tried the breakfast sandwich, ordering 2 for my kids. Both sandwiches were frozen in the middle. Accidents happen, I went back for a reheat! The male manager was accommodating, at first. While he warmed up 2 new sandwiches for me, another customer made a comment about his sandwich also being frozen in the middle. I got my new sandwiches back, ripped them in half for the kiddos, and again cold. When I went back in to complain again (nicely), the manager, got snippy with me about how I was being particular on how I wanted my sandwich cooked and how they don't freeze their food at all and was yelling at me. There was back and forth arguing because I didn't understand why he wouldn't acknowledge my complaint with empathy, wouldn't give me a refund, or an actual good sandwich back... he was disgustingly disrespectful. He started to cuss me out as well. I have worked in the service industry for 9 years now and have never seen that negativity so quick over a simple request when it's literally you're only job. I come here everyday.. literally, sometimes even twice a day. When they first opened the old vibes were better as I knew all the ladies there and they all knew me. Sami, Ellie, and the other ladies there were all my favorites but they move people around a lot. The best part of going there was they all know my order and would make it perfectly, now it's always a new person and they don't make the drinks correctly, and typically I'm not one to complain. Furthermore, the music they used to play was great; rap, hip-hop, and R&B.. now it's all house music stuff that's annoying. read more

My husband had me stop here for a coffee for the first time before thanksgiving. It's located close to mother in laws. To be honest I felt so SILLY going lol for the obvious reason! Come to find out it was WCW meaning I got 15% off my order. Heck yes! The coffee was super tasty and my hubs enjoyed it. We have been back a few times since and every single time our order is always cheaper than Starbucks and the flavor is on point. I've been a regular for Bikini Beans for awhile now and can say this with full appreciation, that this is thee spot for legit coffee. The variety is well rounded, the guys are chill and the ladies are kind. Let me begin with the fact that I have been going to Bikini Bean since they originally opened in 2014, I have spoken to Regina on multiple occasions and I believe they have a great business model, and are doing very well. I have received great service as well as Great Coffee over the past few years and generally stop by the 7th Street location every morning on the way to the office, and sometimes too to the Scottsdale location with my team. I have always had a great experience. That is until this Past Saturday. I went by the Peoria location to get coffees for my wife and I and a Chocolate milk for my son. as usual I was met with a smile as I waited in line at the drive through. the young lady was very pleasant and took my order. When I got to the window they was a young girl that was exactly the opposite from what you would expect. Not only was she very unpleasant when it came to her attitude, she was also very Rude. The person in the car in front of me left shaking their head after some sort of confrontation she had with them, I will assume they were unhappy as the passenger tossed their drink out the window as they drove away. Not sure what happened but it could not have been good. Now it was my turn to get our drinks and I pulled forward, said good morning and was welcomed with yeah whatever. OK she Is having a bad day, so I think to myself no worries get your drinks and get out of here, as negativity is contagious! Then I made the mistake of asking this girl (I would normally say lady however she was everything but on this day, she was Blonde hair approximately 5'3" tall, pretty but a little thick). If she would please just pour the coffee into my personal cup as they are not allowed my cup during the Pandemic. She very rudely responded with you want me to take a chance of burning myself just so you can have coffee in your own cup!! Before I could respond she again yelled at me saying" You do realize we are in the middle of a Pandemic". Not letting me respond she Then turned around and charged back inside. When she came back to the door she snapped it is going to be a minute, I said "ok and that I understand that we are in the middle of a Pandemic, as that is exactly what I gave for the reason that you no longer take my cup, and as for you taking a chance of burning yourself. Absolutely not I don't want you to hold the cup just pour into the cup I will hold it and take the chance that you will burn me". She did not say anything just turned around and came out with the my coffee and said "Just put your cup out the window" I did and she poured it into my cup turned around and charged back inside. That is the last I saw of her as she switched places with another young lady that brought out my sons chocolate milk, and what was supposed to be a D Cup Toasted Coconut. Although the flavor was right i was only half full. When i told the girl that I think the size was wrong the mother girl came back out and stated that is what you ordered so that is what I made you. At this point I was tired of the crappy service like I have never received before, I am sure this is not what Regina and her business had in mind when they started, and I am sure it is not acceptable now.
