Matcha only review- I ordered the mango sticky rice large and didn't realize how much I was getting, they didn't put a lot of ice which I asked for too which was great. I thought it was a good mix, the matcha was good and it definitely is on the sweeter side. I tried the cookie butter matcha which was ok, the mango sticky rice was definitely better. The girls inside were super friendly and we got our drinks in a good amount of time. There's not a ton of seating but there is a lot of two seater tables and a bar! This place was super cute!!! Very floral with lots of photo ops, I'm so glad I stopped in! There were lots of places to sit, indoor and outdoors too! I arrived around 830am on a weekday and there weren't many people. They have matcha drinks that can also be made into lattes. I decided to try the cookie butter latte. I also picked out a Dubai style brownie. My order was ready a few minutes later. The brownie was ok. Not very moist, a little hard, but not stale. SUPER CUTE CAFE!! The vibes of the cafe were immaculate with so many tables and greenery. The decor was so perfect and I need to go back to try more drinks because there were just too many options. The matcha is also hand whisked which made the drinks super green and beautiful. We ordered a cinnamon latte, Cinnamon Toast Crunch chai, strawberry matcha, and a cookie butter matcha. The coffee was strong and had a good balance of sweetness and coffee flavor. The chai was on the sweeter side though so my friend would adjust that next time. The matcha was also really good with a good balance of matcha flavor and the latte flavor. 1st time here because I wanted some matcha in the area. The place has the cutest decor on the inside! Every corner is perfect for photo ops! There are plenty of seatings inside and outside. The entire place is filled with plants! I got the Strawberry Cheesecake Matcha, which is their special of the month (not on the menu). It was delicious! You can taste the matcha and the drink isn't overly sweet, which I love! There are real dried strawberries and the cold foam on top was delicious. One of the best matchas I've had in town. An absolutely fire little spot with a bright, clean, tropical feel the second you walk in. The greenery hanging from the ceiling, the leaf mural, the wicker chairs, warm lighting, and merch wall all give it a cozy coffee shop meets boutique vibe. We tried the strawberry lemonade, and it was ultra fresh... honestly reminded me of the handmade lemonade we used to squeeze at home when I was a kid. Sweet, refreshing, and full of real flavor without tasting artificial. The iced passion tea with raspberry was perfectly mixed... not too sweet, not watered down, just the right blend of flavors and refreshing. You can tell they care about quality here. They use organic, high quality ingredients, and the taste really says it all. I also noticed they have food, smoothies, pastries, and grab and go drinks, and now I'm determined to come back and try more. I've been wanting to try Brew Box for a while and it didn't disappoint! My partner picked me up an iced matcha with almond milk and it was so good. Super cute layout, both inside and outside! The patio is facing the right direction for morning shade for hot mornings! We walked in right at 9 on Sunday morning, literally minutes before they got crazy busy, they were good at keeping up with everyone's orders in timely manner. We came here Easter morning and were so happy they were open for the morning! It was our first time here and it was pretty busy so you know it's a local favorite spot(: I love trying new matcha drinks at new places and their mango one is soo yummy! This is one of the better coffee shops in the west valley, and to be honest, I like it a lot. I love the decorations, the vibes, the service, and even the drinks themselves. However, it's a bit too inconsistent for my liking and they could work on their matcha drinks. I've been here three times: 1. Strawberry matcha latte & Brew Box OG The matcha latte was interesting. The matcha itself was fine but whatever they used for the strawberry was mid. I've had plenty of strawberry matcha lattes, but this was strange. Like strawberry syrup with dyed milk? No clue. Would not get again. The star is their OG drink. SO GOOD. 2. Brew Box OG and Iced Vanilla Matcha Latte (not pictured) OG was perfection. Made with love it seems. The matcha latte... The matcha tasted good. I feel like getting a regular vanilla matcha latte can give you an idea how good an establishment makes their matcha drinks as a whole. I wish i did this the first visit. This time, it tasted good with a strong matcha flavor. However, it was lumpy. I was drinking chunks of matcha powder. 3. Brew Box OG and Banana Matcha This visit was a bust. The Brew Box OG did not have enough pecan syrup so it was bland. The foam didn't have enough vanilla and cinnamon. Maybe it's because the usual person who takes my order wasn't there? Love her. Wish i tasted the drink before i left (it was a takeout) to ask for adjustments. The banana matcha was a good at first but then it started tasting artificial. I'm not claiming it is or it isn't but it had the aftertaste of a banana-flavored candy. Not my favorite. Will i visit it again? Yes of course. Their shaken espresso is outstanding. It's made with organic shots, shaken perfectly with just the right amount of sweetness and ice, then topped with creamy whole milk or alternatives if you ask. It's bold, smooth, and refreshing, way better than the big chain versions. For something simpler, their black coffee (like the Americano or drip) is spot-on. They use organically sourced beans, so it's rich, clean, and full of flavor without any bitterness. Perfect for sipping slowly while working or chatting. I also tried their everything bagel, and it was fresh, toasted just right, with a great chew and that classic seasoning that pairs amazingly with their coffee for a quick breakfast. What really sets this place apart is how dog-friendly it is. The patio is fantastic, spacious, with a fair amount of seating where your pup can hang out comfortably. Updated review as of August 2025: I went and tried The Brew Box Company again, and I was so impressed with my experience this time around! I see they have really worked out the kinks from my first visit, and I understand they were new and hadn't really established themselves yet. Today was great though! I was greeted and Kylie was so pleasant and kind and friendly. She made sure to make my latte exactly the way I like it and I LOVED my latte this time around! I also drink only decaf and this is important to me due to health issues, but she made sure I had decaf as well as 1/4 sweet! The vibe was great in here and it was BUSY! That's a great sign. I think the prices now are also very fair and comparable to any other place, but they serve organic and healthier coffee plus other items, so this is such a plus. I love that they have taken feedback and made great strides to improve their business because it really shows and I had an excellent experience this time around which I am so happy about and WILL be returning! Original review November 2024: We went today and I was very excited about trying Brew Box because I love that have organic coffee. Well, my excitement faded pretty quickly. The coffee shop is so cute but the service was subpar; it took awhile for them to even acknowledge us. Not even a hi or hello or "be right with you". We were ignored for awhile, then finally spoken to. We ordered our drinks and wow, they are pricey! I understand the majority of the items are organic and they are making cleaner coffees but it's a LOT of money compared to similar places. I see they also use a lot of prepackaged items from Costco (Kirkland brand) so they're not really brewing their own. I felt like my latte was so underwhelming too! It didn't have that espresso taste; just an iced coffee taste and that's VERY different. The drink was hot but the ice was cold? I could tell they didn't mix it well, for an iced latte. I was really unimpressed with my latte. Also, I asked for 1/4 sweet on my latte and the girl taking my order said, "Okay, 1/2 sweet." No, those aren't the same thing and I could tell because my latte was way too sweet. My husband didn't really care for his either. It's sad because I wanted to love this place, but we went and had diner coffee with our breakfast elsewhere and it was so much better. What does it say when diner coffee is better than this? Let me start by saying the staff was great! Friendly and apologetic. For that!! My experience was unfortunate though and not intentionally. I have a heart condition that doesn't allow for me to consume caffeine (blah, I know). I met my mom for her birthday to have coffee and breakfast. I ordered a decaf coffee and croissant. As I began sipping coffee, I suddenly began have heart related symptoms. I stopped drinking my coffee and looked at the tag and realized it didn't say decaf. I approached the young lady at the register and explained. She looked at the label and confirmed it didn't show that my drink was decaf. She explained it was likely an oversight because she said "they have a button on the register that is for decaf drinks." I was understanding and she was apologetic, but I did explain the importance of understanding getting order correct so that someone doesn't end up in an unfortunate medical situation unintentionally. She was polite and offered to make a decaf drink which I declined as I didn't want to risk aggravate the symptoms I was experiencing. read more

It's very pretty inside. The workers are very friendly. I didn't eat anything there, only grabbed a drip coffee and a butterscotch caramel latte with coconut milk. They didn't have soy milk, which kinda bummed me out bc that's what I really wanted today. I'm unsure if they were out or normally don't have it.
