Great teachers, but so unreliable. I've gone to about 18 sessions during the intro offer (70$ for 20 days unlimited) and twice the studio has been unexpectedly closed. The phone number on the website doesn't work. The phone number on yelp doesn't work. The email either doesn't work or no one responds to the emails. If you look at the schedule, be sure to click through to the "book a class" to make sure its not cancelled (although that's not a sure thing, I've checked every day and it was surprise cancelled today, no warning, just a bunch of people waiting outside the studio confused). If you ask for a make-up session, it can only be approved by the owners who are difficult to reach. Try to find something more dependable. This studio is the real deal! Pure Bikram Yoga done the right way with excellent teachers. I have been doing Bikram yoga for over 16 years and have practiced all over the country, and have extremely high expectations for yoga studios, and even higher expectations for instructors, and Mile High checks all the core boxes. Clean studio, warm vibes, cool plants, good showers, drinks/water cooler, mat and towel rental...Just yesterday, after 1.5 hours teaching in the heat, the instructor Francesca spent time on the floor helping me better understand a pose I had a question about, and encouraging me in my practice. To boot, the studio has undergone some big renovations over the last year under new management (and the owner is an excellent BY instructor--she even puts out fresh fruit, a nice touch). Highly encourage newcomers to check out Mile High BY; it's a Warm, Welcoming, Kind, Wise, and Body-Challenging studio. But here's the kicker: this is actual Bikram Yoga; not a knock off meant to be easy, short, less hot, or easier...any negative comment I have heard or read is not about this studio, specifically, but a complaint about Bikram Yoga as a practice. ...it is super challenging! It is incredibly rewarding! It is not for everyone! It draws on thousands of years of Eastern yoga tradition and you will feel the wisdom of this practice, its sequence and big-picture healing will hook you--if you give it enough classes to get past the shock of not being babied, but challenged into the best you imaginable! read more

Discrimination and prejudice happens here - there is no yoga spirit in this studio. If you have any type of body challenge (such as seasonal allergies or asthma in my case) this owner will ban you from the studio and then threaten law enforcement action. Little does she know that banning people for disability is a federal crime under the ADA. Very shocked at the lack of professionalism and the mean spirited vibe of the owner. I've attended this studio for 5 years and one day the owner took me outside to curse me out about the fact I have to blow my nose more often than the average person and then secretly banned me from the studio because I started crying when she was confronting me about something I am absolutely embarrassed by. The owner never asked and had no idea about my health challenges, instead they just made assumptions and accusations about my character. Moreover, afterward she never refunded my 20 class pass which was almost $300. So this owner is also guilty of STEALING. Bad bad bad bad vibes. You can feel it and see in the decay of the studio, the mold and mildew, the just total lack of care for the actual space. I would go here *only* if you're desperate. I live two blocks away and will now have to drive across town for a hot yoga studio - I know I'll be much happier but but bummed to have been treated so poorly. read more

This was my first experience with Bikram Yoga. It was challenging but I loved the class and felt wonderful after the class. I plan to make this a regular experience, at first one time a week but I am sure I will increase that over time. Yoga is a personal journey and practice reflects that. These people have rigid rules that have nothing to do with yoga and for whatever reason enforce them with great force. I felt quite uncomfortable and honestly I think the owner is as responsible for this as can be. Pick a different place to practice if you want chill and serene atmosphere and yoginis guiding your practice. I've practiced Bikram Yoga for over 10 years and these are my thoughts on this studio... This yoga studio is dirty, dated, and a breeding ground for fungus and mold. Samantha, the studio director/owner, is rude, egotistical, incompetent, unprofessional, and does not know how to run a business. Now I've practiced at many Bikram studios, and many yoga studios in general, around the world and have never experienced such a misogynistic dialogue in my life. For whatever reason, Samantha thinks she has the right to tell women what they can or cannot wear in class. One thing Samantha is not, is a yogi. A yogi is not just a person who executes asanas with precision, there's a whole lifestyle outside of the yoga room: yamas, niyamas, Ayurveda, etc; none of which Samantha knows anything about or practices in her life. Her voice in class is monotone and she speeds through the dialogue like lightening, so the postures are not held the correct amount of time (she could use a huge refresher on the dialogue too because it's way off). Samantha gives no corrections or affirmations in class, it's the lamest Bikram yoga studio I've ever been to. She's incredibly unfriendly, doesn't smile, is unkind, and has a miserable look on her face 24/7. On top of it, if you call the studio and leave a message, nobody returns the call. On the outside of the studio, there are penises drawn all over the yoga postures, I mean come on clean that up, but this is probably just Samantha's karma. You've been warned! Stay away from this place! I've rather drive an hour to Bikram Boulder, a normal Bikram studio, plus they offer the advanced 84 asanas class there too. read more

I go to this studio 1-2 times per week and look forward to every session. This studio is about discipline and practice. I always feel amazing when I leave. Absolutely love this place. Attended a 90 minute session yesterday. As the instructor went through the postures she seemed to know her subject very well. The cost was ridiculous based on the condition of the studio. I highly recommend a different studio. Location wasn't the best for me but none are. I would rather drive an hour to Bikram Denver and pay twice the amount than attend this studio again. read more

The disciplined practitioners at this location definitely motivate me to improve my practice. The majority of folks seem to be experts at Bikram! For the most part, the instructors are amazing as well and help dictate the perfect modifications throughout class. The location isn't my favorite and the general aesthetics of the studio are an eye sore. The studio smells like a swamp. They keep it much hotter than the normal 105f. The carpet is coming off the stairs - I've almost tumbled down them a few times. The owner, although a really incredible yogi, isn't all too friendly. It's a bit bizarre that she has so many pictures of herself posted everywhere - not sure if it's for marketing or bragging rights (fan picture with Gavin Rossdale at a Bush Concert has nothing to do with yoga). read more

This is an excellent bikram studio that I am so grateful to have found in Denver. I have been practicing yoga off and on for the past ten years or so, and after I discovered bikram it was like falling in love all over again. I only have Boulder Bikram to compare to, but this studio is just as excellent, if not more so. The atmosphere is perfect, the studio is clean and aesthetic, and the classes are the perfect degree of challenging and rewarding. If you are not into bikram or more disciplined styles of yoga, then yes, this is not for you, but for me who was seeking just that, Bikram Yoga Mile High has been a godsend. 10/10. read more

I purchased the 1 month intro and on my last day, was talked into the 10 classes.... after life events happened a year flew by and didn't realize the classes even expired. I was notified I had 8 remaining within 1 week of them expiring. It was great they let me know, but not with any exception did they extend my classes. Again, I'm glad you're in it purely for $$ bc you can take my $60 I had to pay per class and I'll take my business elsewhere. So all in all if you're looking for a pretentious cult of a yoga studio, then this is for you. Otherwise, don't waste your time or money and go across the street to a real yoga studio!! read more

Typical Bikram class, you always feel great afterwards. I appreciated how she didn't give too much individualized advice, because that kind of annoys me when instructors do too much of that. Small class size at the 4:30 PM class. The three stars are because she both spoke fast and/or didn't enunciate her words too well, nor did she use any microphone (Although there were speakers on the wall), so it was hard to understand when to do what. Also, the locker room is teeny tiny with one little bench in it. Good yoga class overall however, with what you would expect from a typical Bikram session. read more

I paid for a year membership and found out I was pregnant. I tried to call and either cancel or start the membership after delivery. No one would call me back. No one responded to emails. They just took the money in never responded. Seems antithetical to what Yoga is all about. read more

I love this place. I signed up for a month pass before taking my first class because I was afraid I'd chicken out after. I was so wrong. Jayson taught my first class (and the first class of the two friends I've brought with me). He was funny and kind, and extremely welcoming. I've also taken a class with Joseph, and he was great also (although his class was harder for some reason). I personally love all of the corrections. I don't get offended when instructors call out my name to tell me to fix something- I want them to tell me when I'm doing something wrong. If you take the time to understand the rules (which apply to all Bikram studios, not just this one), they make sense. For example, drinking too much water will make you more likely to get sick. Who wants that? Drinking water while other people are struggling to hold a posture, well, that's super distracting and kinda rude. Walking in late is also distracting and rude to the other students. Teachers don't demo the poses the whole time because their job is to be talking to us, and they can't really do that and hold poses at the same time. Frankly, I would rather they talk me through things and watch the form of the students than be focused on their own technique. Bottom line- if you want to do REAL bikram yoga, come here. If you're not a fan of the way the studio is run, there are plenty of other kinds of yoga for you to choose from. But don't hate on Mile High for being exactly what it purports to be. read more

Whew. This is the real deal hot yoga spot. I've been a faithful Corepower fangirl for most of my practice for the last year or so but I have been wanting to try out new local studios as an alternative. When a Groupon came up this week for a 3-class package I was quick to snatch it up! The location couldn't be any farther away from me all the way across town so I had the opportunity to come in early this Sunday morning. The instructor asked if I had done Bikram before, I explained I have done "Hot Yoga" at other places before and she said there were a few differences. The poses were the same sequence and everything, the only noticeable difference I saw was the room was a tad bit hotter. She made a point to learn my name, and I did like when she would call my name out if I was doing a pose well or if I needed alignment correction. One thing I didn't like-the studio was carpeted! Surprise to me as all the ones I've gone to up to this point have all been hard flooring. The place also smelled awful, like a moldy basement. Eeewww!! Overall, I had a great time and I was happy to finally come to a Bikram certified Yoga studio, the only one in Denver I believe. I don't see myself coming here TOO often due to the location but anytime I need that super hot fix I will look no further than this place. read more

I do not recommend this place. If there was zero stars I would pick that. Having practiced yoga 25+ years, we joined because it was local. I bought a bulk class card and explained that I may not be able to use all classes in 30 days. The owner (a lady) assured me it was "no problem". Was in town from Los Angeles for a few days and tried this place out and *loved* it. I haven't been able to do hot yoga in 7 months because of Covid and this was such a nice, HOT embrace back to the practice. I took one 90 minute class with Samantha, the owner, and thought she was really on top of it - she called out corrections from her riser, had great, natural timing for the postures, and the cadence of the class was perfect. AND it was perfectly hot! I loved it so much that I came back the next day and took another class and loved it, too. Great heat, no weird smells, and a lovely community - I will be back! read more

I like it here. I've been to only one other studio (in CA), and it was the same "routine," and that's how it's supposed to be. The studio is airy, and well-mirrored to check yourself, whether corrected or not. It has showers and has a supportive atmosphere. They have some rules that seem strict at first, but they are designed to allow you to reap the most benefits from each posture. I love love LOVED this studio. I have practiced Bikram Yoga on a regular basis for about 2 years and think that the concept behind the yoga is amazing. One of the many things I love about the yoga is that it is consist ant wherever you go and since I do a lot of traveling in the summer, I like to take advantage of trying out studios in different areas. During my stay in Denver I was thrilled to find Mile High Bikram Yoga. The studio is bright and cheerful which is exact ally what you want when you enter a new place and a new bikram experience. The teacher at the front desk greeted me with all sorts of cheer and introduced herself and the owner to me. When I explained that I was moving cross country they warned me about the change in elevation and reminded me to take it easy (thanks!). The studio was clean, the teacher was great and I could tell that there was a wonderful sense of community among the fellow yogis (very similar to my home studio in AZ). I got a slue of tips from some of the ladies in the locker room on places to check out in Denver-thanks girls! If I lived here, this would definitely be my studio. The people were warm, the studio was HOT and I love that it shares a space with a juice bar! MMM! read more

Confession: I love Bikram Yoga. I love hot, sweaty, disgustingly-repetitive Bikram Yoga! If you're looking to find your zen or your yin or your quiet, peaceful meditation space in your inner soul, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a crazy intense workout that tests the mind and the body, well, there is no better feeling than totally destroying yourself in a little 90-minute sesh. And hey, if you're going to be completely soaking your body in a pool of your own sweat, there's no better place to do it than this cozy little studio. I've come to this studio maybe 8 times over the course of about 2 years, but when they had a anniversary sale with 15-packs for ~$9/class, I gobbled them up, so I'll be coming back with a drip-droppy vengeance for many months to come. The only knock I can give them is that while most of the instructors have been absolutely fantastic, there's the occasional apple with whom I just don't jive. I'm not a yogi, and no, my left arm will never completely extend. Sometimes, I just need to hide in the back and be left alone. Ohmmmmmmm. read more

Ok, so the first time I went, I hated it. Like, a lot. I hated the fact that it was hot, smelly, and that I was bad at it. I was bothered that I couldn't drink water, that I wasn't supposed to "give up" and leave the room and that everyone else seemed to be ok when I was in some sort of yoga hell! (complete with fiery temps!) But, then the second time (as I am masochistic and livingsocial obsessed, I had an unlimited month and wasn't going to waste it), I was more hydrated going into class... I knew that I had to stay in the room the whole 90min... I knew to set myself close to the door so if the instructor took pity on us and let in a few wafts of fresh air, I could capture them... And, guess what? I kinda enjoyed it! As a friend said, "it's the ironman of yoga"... It's a bit crazy, a bit strange, and a lot obsessive. So, I might keep it up a bit. I've now gone to three different instructors, and all three walk you through the same poses (of course) but are a bit different. Carolyn is the most hippy-dippy (that's a compliment). Zack is the most mellow (and has so far opened the door the most) and Samantha is one of the owners, so she's pretty hardcore. I'd recommend it, but do be aware of what you're getting into. read more

I am not a yogi. Have maybe done a couple classes in the past and had no appeal. However, at someone's strong insistence, I decided to try bikram, and this studio is close to me. After two weeks I love it! I love the heat and I love how each session is the exact same. I have poor flexibility and poor balance, yet I know this is a process and look forward to the improvements over time. As intense as bikram is, the teachers are amazing. I took my very first Bikram class at Mile High a little over a year ago and have completed a few challenges in that time. The rewards, both physical and mental, are incredible. Having now practiced at several other studios across the country, I feel confident in saying that this is one of, if not the, best studios in the nation. IMHO, the staff is excellent & unparalleled, attentive to new students and regulars alike. There's even between-class entertainment occasionally, if Geordie's in the bldg doing tricks for coconut water. If you've been practicing for years or even decades, you'll feel right at home. Studio has gone downhill over the past 2 or so years. Always hot and always open which is great. Classes constantly start 7-9 minutes late, its really annoying. Most teachers are not prescriptive and look bored, students do not clean up after themselves at all even when asked to and there is a total lack of discipline with the instruction. Rude staff. Inconvenient schedule. Not a fan of the "visiting/guest" instructors they've had. Annoying and poorly informative instructions throughout poses. Class is crowded and smells awful. After attending and paying for one class, I was talked into doing the $79 trial month. I attended only one class after paying $79. I attended 2 classes overall. A few days after purchasing the $79 month trial, my work schedule changed. I no longer could attend any of the classes. I worked a low paying retail job at the time. I was a recent college graduate. Paying $79 for only being able to attend one (very disappointing class) was extremely frustrating. I must have attempted 15 times to reach them by phone and discuss a refund. They never answer the phone! I even left a voicemail and did not get a response. After many failed phone calls, I made a huge effort to go in person (cutting it very close to get to work for my shift on time). The staff were extremely rude and unsympathetic. I even offered to pay for the one class I attended and have it deducted from the $79 refund. I was met with distain, and they absolutely refused. I hope keeping the $79 from someone who really needs that for groceries or MONTHS of a gym membership, was worth it. I will never go here again and will absolutely recommend against this place to everyone. read more

Not a big fan of this studio. It's pretty run down to the point where I've seen bugs in the women's shower room on multiple occasions. A lot of the staff were also pretty drill sergeant-esque in their instruction, to the point where it often felt rude. I've been practicing Bikram for 4 years or so at multiple studios across the country so I'm used to the verbal corrections/admonishing, but this studio tends to take it a little too far. Let me preface this by saying I have quite a bit of experience with Bikram Yoga. As soon as I walked into the hot room I was grossed out. The carpet reeked of stale nasty body odor; I've been to other studios with carpeted rooms, but never have I been disgusted like this. Samantha (the Director) led the class of 4 (5 if you include the other Director David). Immediately I felt like I was in boot camp or speed yoga. She zoomed through everything--had I not had experience with Bikram I would be lost...actually I was lost. Every little mistake was called out, by name, making me feel like I was being reprimanded, singled out. I don't mean simple posture corrections or guidance. I could not focus on my breathing or my postures. I kept thinking, "I'm paying you...I'm here because I enjoy it, not because I want to feel bad about myself." I did not enjoy the class at all. I was so happy to see there was only 15 minutes left, when my partner had to leave the room (also experienced with Bikram). While I was not present, I trust what was relayed back to me. He had to leave the room for physical reasons; Samantha went after him but would not listen to his reasons. We have been told by other Bikram instructors to leave in case of emergency only--he's done Bikram enough to know he had to get out. Out of frustration he said, "you like to hear yourself talk" to which she threatened to call the police. WHAT!? This is yoga! If someone needs to leave the room, they leave the room! I've never seen an instructor react like this, and I've seen quite a few people leave the room. Heck, we weren't allowed to sip water. I understand there is a proper technique, I get that you need to do XYZ to get the full benefit. But she was like a Yoga Nazi. She wasn't a good instructor; I have been very fortunate to have practiced with some great people, in several locations, so I do have something to base this on. David followed us out, being an annoying nag. (I'm sorry, but if I say "we're out of here", as I am gathering my belongings, you don't need to be my shadow telling me to take said belongings.) I am appalled at how stupid this experience was. I will be returning to Yoga on 6th, where there is a positive energy, where people are interested in teaching and helping us reach our potential. And where the room doesn't make you gag. And you can sip water. read more

Let me start this by saying I love this studio. They keep the room HOT! Their instructors are TOP NOTCH! This is the studio that the pros go to. You can often see professional athletes and musicians rolling through here. It is NOT for the people that are not willing to put in 110% effort and don't care about results. That's NOT to say it isn't for beginners. Everyone in the room was once a beginner. Newbies tend to get even more results in the beginning. That's because this series is designed to improve circulation and flush out your digestive tract. There are way more benefits than that but these were the first changes that I noticed in my own body.  You're going to feel a little weird at first. Your goal should be just to stay in the room for the full 90 minutes. You'll get better and better with each following visit. Some days are harder than others. It just depends on how your body feels that day. This yoga does take some time to get used to. But the results are AMAZING. I know of a guy that lost 150 lbs that goes to this studio. He obviously changed his diet along with the yoga but the two together got dramatic results. This particular studio is one of the most challenging ones in the country due to the altitude and the super hot room. So give yourself a little pat on the back for making it through the 90 minutes it was worth it and you earned every drop of sweat. Now on to address some of the things others were talking about because I don't think what they're saying is fair. This studio is at a higher altitude AND really hot so they are sticklers about doing the postures correctly. Trust me I had a femur and knee break so I wanted to modify postures as well. I asked an instructor about it after class and they politely informed me that because of this studios altitude and heat that there is more of a risk of injuring yourself if you perform a posture incorrectly. So they are really looking out for their students by trying to keep them from getting injured here. If you've had a previous injury and are wanting to modify a posture you should talk with your instructor before class if you're sensitive about being corrected. (They don't drop nearly $20,000 on their yoga education for nothing! When they go to training they go to a posture clinic everyday for hours each day. So please take the other reviews with a grain of salt. There is no way that these people have the same training as the teachers here. And this studio is VERY picky about their teachers.) They'll let you know what to do and not to do. Just make sure you arrive earlier than 20 minutes so you're not holding all of the rest of us up from checking in. :) Please don't stop helping me improve in class! That's why I'm coming here rather than doing yoga at home. I want the guidance and that glorious hot yoga room. To me that's the only two things that really matter and that's where this studio really shines. I've had nothing but good experiences with all of the instructors here and i've learned SOO much about improving my health by just talking with the staff. I went to the Wednesday night class with Jason and did not like it at all. He is very controlling- I injured my ankle a few weeks beforehand, just a slight sprain, so I couldn't do certain poses and he offered no modifications and in fact told me I could not my own modifications and made me lay in shavasana. I have been practicing yoga for years and am able to make my own decisions about modifications. He talked throughout the entire class, but did not practice or even demonstrate any of the poses event though there were a few brand new people. I was looking forward to a relaxing night and being able to de-stress, but instead I left with a headache. About the studio in general- all the overhead lights were left on which I have never seen before, it was too bright. They should consider getting lamps. Maybe other teachers are better but I will not be going back. read more

I love Bikram Yoga. I love the heat! Mile High Yoga has those two things going for it. The one main thing that it has that it should not, is carpet. I am not sure who thought carpet in a 105 degree room that people lay on the floor was the way to go. I went to class on a Tue. and ended up getting Impetigo the next day. Carpet hold germs and Bactria. Hot, dripping sweaty people should be put on a hard surface that can be mopped after every class. YUCK. I will never return to this studio. Biggest bikram jerks I have ever met! I am visiting in Denver and it took me 25 minutes to drive to the studio. I walked up literally one minute late for class, and the teacher took the time to answer the door and argue with me for three minutes rather than let me in. He stopped to find out if i just moved to Denver as if my answer that I was a visitor was not enough to warrant the exception. On top of it, I have a newborn baby, which I explained, so the amount of effort it took to get there was astronomical. He told me to leave. I have been doing bikram for over 12 years, been to over 50 studios around the world and have never had such an unpleasant experience. I do not understand how studios/teachers can lack such compassion in the moment, when someone humbly requests it. I do not recommend this studio to anyone. Try another studio in the city before you let this one ruin your impression of bikram. Most places are lovely, understanding and simply look to encourage their students to practice. Don't go here... There are many professional studios in Denver with incredible instructors. I got sick in class and I politely removed myself with no plan of going back to disrupt the class. The instructor came out said 'I knew I shouldn't have let you in' then promptly threw my mat out at me. Bikram yoga is like getting a massage, an adjustment from the chiropractor, running a few miles and lifting a few weights inside of a sauna. I found this studio after googling for yoga in my area. I literally picked this studio because their website was easy to navigate and after reading the description of Bikram and the ensuing benefits list I was sold. This was sometime back in December. Let it be known, this was going to be my first yoga class ever so didn't really know what to expect. I have been back since. The Instructor(s): was great, during check in I told her this would be my first yoga class. With this tid bit of info she made sure to pay attention to me in class offering praise and correcting me when I was not quite right. I thought this was great and she even announced to the class that it was my first time. I felt a real sense of community in the room. Each instructor I've had since seems to have the same sense of attentiveness. The Yoga: I literally almost quit after about 15 minutes, it was so hot and I was completely drenched, my towel couldn't take any more sweat. My arms were burning and my legs were weakening. Being a former athlete these were the tell tale signs of the beginnings of a killer workout so I endured and really let the focus of breathing in and out at certain times take over. For me the first 30 minutes or so are the most challenging, once you get through that the last hour is smooth. The combination of heat and the pace of the class really is an incredible experience and detox. The Cost: I can't speak for the members who have monthly or yearly plans and each person gets their own value depending on how often they go. Me, I'm a drop in only person and the $17 is a pretty good value. Its a bit more than most yoga studios but this is an hour and a half class that really kicks my butt, and I leave feeling the most exhilarated out of any other type I've tried. I'd rather pay $17 for 90 minutes of Bikram than $10 for 45-60 minutes of other yoga. read more

Let me also preface this review by stating that I am a avid Bikram practitioner. I took my very first Bikram Yoga class with Bikram himself, have practiced in LA, New York, Miami, and Baltimore., and am a certified hot yoga teacher by Bikram's former right hand man. This studio truly imbibes by Bikram's "torture chamber" label. It's oddly humorous and takes your mind off the intense practice when a 60 year old Indian man, says things like "Japanese ham sandwich", and "kill yourself". Bikram obviously has a sense of humor. The directors of this studio not only lack a sense of humor but also a sense of humanness. True Bikram fanatics who will not take into consideration if you have a financial emergency or medical condition. They will kick you out of class, embarrass you from their podium in the front of the class as they are on their 'holier than thou' trip. Mainly watch out for Samantha. The above reviewer nailed it by calling her a Yoga Nazi. She speeds through the series and snaps at people in class. I felt like I was at a dog track. They claim this is Bikram's method. Yes, speaking through out the class helps you keep your focus off the intensity of the posture, but being a yoga teacher should be about teaching from your heart. Not a fanatic mindless monologue. They have a few great teachers, mainly Torrey and Teresa. But, I won't be going back or recommending this place to anyone I know. I went to this studio several weeks ago when I was in Denver for business and needed some Bikram yoga. I travel a lot and have been to Bikram studios around the world, but never have I been made to feel more welcome and comfortable, and not just by the teacher, but by the other students as well. Samantha was the instructor and she was terrific. Her dialogue that day was exactly what I needed to hear in that moment. (I'm continually amazed by this practice!) This is a great studio to practice Bikram yoga. I've taken classes with many of the instructors. Samantha does a wonderful job with the studio end it is a welcoming place for first timers. Try it out. You'll never know what is possible until you give this a good try. read more

Dave's classes are wonderful. And this studio is also amazing. The combination of stretching and meditation is perfect for any lifestyle and the rapid instruction is also perfect for quieting the mind and focusing on one's practice.
