We were referred to by one of our PHX contacts. We were thrilled with the results. Antigua was able to accommodate our swift turn around time. Unfortunately we didn't give them a lot of notice. Also, we opted last minute to cancel pullovers and just do hats. They didn't give us a hard time or hold us to the original order. They simply accommodated the change and moved forward. We were really happy with the finished product. The hats were made of one of those new, high tech materials that wicks sweat away and dries quickly. We ended up deferring to Antigua on the color and they recommended a charcoal. I figured they'd know best what works with different colored logos and I'm thrilled we listened. It looked fantastic with our white/red logo was embroidered on the charcoal. it really popped which is obviously the goal when creating a promotional piece. we'll definitely use them in the future.

While it seemed like it was going to be an easy and satisfactory transaction, it ended up being far from that. Walt was nice and helpful during design process. Providing examples of shirts we could select from for our printing project, and including our artwork creation with our order. Even providing some advice on the type of shirt that would best satisfy our employees needs and preferences. Unfortunately this level of service did not continue once we paid for the shirt order. Which we did so in full, in advance of the printing. After payment, we heard nothing about our project for three weeks. We had to follow up with Walt to even get an update on our project. To which point he simply said he would print them the next day. We believed we would see the first printed shirt for sample for approval, but were given two boxes of a completed order instead. Had we seen what our final product would look like before the job was processed, we would have never approved it for completion. He simply brought the boxes over, and left them in our reception area. Upon opening our order, we could instantly see the shirts were not up to a reasonable quality standard. Walt had done a very poor quality print on our shirt order, falling very short of previous shirt prints we had done for our staff. Areas of our logo artwork were left looking faded right out of the box, and some of the shirts have spots with no ink at all. Holding the shirts to the light, you can easily see right through the print, and any stretch of the material completely distorts the image. When we contacted Walt to remedy the situation, but his response was that our order was perfect, and to enjoy the shirts. We responded with our disagreement on his assessment, and requested a refund on our purchase. To which he responded that since we were not experts in textiles, that he would not accept our position on the project. We will certainly not be coming back to M & R Sportswear for our future shirt printing needs, and recommend you take a look at other options before you decide to.

The service is almost always good and the guy that built the bike when I bought it was really cool, helpful, and informative. I can't say the prices are always great, but what place has that? I will say they always have deals and good sales and so the pricing is pretty good. They have a large selection and the place is really big so there's usually many of each item in stock. I would recommend them for, at least, an option when you're shopping for sporting goods.
