This business is very good with gaslighting people. I told them I was going to the police and the owner said good luck with that then put a no trespassing order on me so I can't come back to try to resolve it.. They told the cops that I ruined it myself which is not true. My stone is from Brazil and it's high-quality. They ruined my bracelet the memory of it everything about it.. these people don't care about their customers. It's a shame. My gemstone was never pink even when I brought to them to get fixed. Wear and tear absolutely but my problem was the gemstone was not the same when I got it back. They had me convinced nothing was wrong with it until I wore it for a day then went to another place to have it evaluated. It's not in the same condition. You need to heat a stone like this up to 500° to get it to change to a pink tint. Blaming a customer is wrong. I will only deal with established BBB members from now on. Lesson learned

I had my baby with me in a carrier, and from the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being closely watched. While I was in the dressing room trying on clothes, I was talking softly to my baby to comfort her. The employee stood right outside the dressing room and was giggling at what I was saying, which made it very clear she was listening and hovering nearby. Instead of feeling like a customer, I felt like I was being monitored, as if there was concern I might steal something. And then as I came out of the fitting room and let her know I didn't find anything and thanked her, she went straight into the room, I have no doubt to make sure I didn't steal anything. As a mom just trying to shop with her baby, this felt really discouraging and unwelcoming. I left feeling uncomfortable and out of place. I hope the boutique can work on creating a more inclusive and respectful environment for all customers.

We wanted to go ring shopping in New Hampshire for the sales tax savings. Eddie's store was the only one open on a Sunday so to be honest, we walked in not expecting much. Eddie did not pressure us at all. He took the time to educate us on the diamonds and metals. He had clear, up front, no nonsense pricing. We even made upgrades and customizations to the ring and Eddie did not nickel and dime us! We had done a lot of research online and Eddie's prices and quality are far more superior to anything you'd find online. Since we were on vacation we expected to have the ring shipped to us back home but luckily we mentioned we'd be in Manhattan in a week and Eddie stated we'd be able to meet him in the jewelry district to pick it up!
