There were HUNDREDS of rings to choose from & Laura (sales associate/stylist) gave us all the ins&outs, dos & don'ts. She's the best in the business, so much so that my husband went back to her for a pair of beautiful diamond earrings as a day-of wedding gift. Additionally- the wedding band engraving, which they send out to a master craftsman who does it by hand (you can't get him on your own, he's not even listed-I searched) is icing on the cake. 10/10 read more

I took my bracelet to jewelry creations that made the original bracelet because it had a crack in the sterling silver they made. I took it back and they sent it to California. It came back looking very different. The only thing that will do this to an imperial topaz is being super heated with the torch. I complained I brought paperwork. This business is very good with gaslighting people. I told them I was going to the police and the owner said good luck with that then put a no trespassing order on me so I can't come back to try to resolve it.. They told the cops that I ruined it myself which is not true. My stone is from Brazil and it's high-quality. They ruined my bracelet the memory of it everything about it.. these people don't care about their customers. It's a shame. My gemstone was never pink even when I brought to them to get fixed. Wear and tear absolutely but my problem was the gemstone was not the same when I got it back. They had me convinced nothing was wrong with it until I wore it for a day then went to another place to have it evaluated. It's not in the same condition. You need to heat a stone like this up to 500° to get it to change to a pink tint. Blaming a customer is wrong. I will only deal with established BBB members from now on. Lesson learned read more

This place is really something. They ll sell you an expensive diamond. God forbid you should ever have to change plans and want to get rid of it, you will take an absolute beating. They don't/wont take it back. Just 2 months down the road. Good luck with that! You're on your own at that point. You ll be lucky to get half of what you paid for it! My word of advice, be sure you wont change your plans. Don't trust retailers like these, ever or for that matter anyone they recommend. The private market is your friend! read more

This place was amazing UNTIL the business was sold around May 2016. Now..walk away! New owners had never been in Jewelry business, have no idea how to run the business and are being dishonest. Work being done (sizing, prong replacement, fixing of any type) is being done with a LESSER medal. Causing more fractures to happen, taking down the value of the ring, compramising the integrity of the jewelry and costing customer thousands of dollars to have setting completely replace and naturally at a new jewelry so it's done correctly. If this place is using lesser medals on repairs you have to wonder what they are doing with diamonds and other precious gems. Wish I could attach photo of the damage they caused to a 30k valued platinum engagement ring. Completely disgusting. read more

5 stars does not do Jewelry Creations justice!! Exceptional service from beginning to end, reasonable prices, and flawless execution. I live in New York and made a custom (very custom) ring for my mother with a large stone and 6 smaller diamonds, not a traditional design at all- and was all done over the phone and the entire process was so seamless. The design was exactly what I imagined and so much more, incredibly unique and just remarkably beautiful. Laura was who I dealt with from start to finish and she was an absolute dream, made everything so easy, as I had no idea what I was doing in terms of creating a custom ring for my Mother. My mom was in complete shock and has not stopped crying since receiving the ring- we are forever indebted to all of Jewelry Creations' talented staff for being so amazing. We have done business with this great store for years. The sales associates take time and a genuine interest in what you are looking for and what you need. We work a lot with Laura and she couldn't be more helpful. When my mother passed away, we took her wedding set and anniversary ring in to them. They removed the stones and used them in making necklaces for each of our two daughters. We were thrilled with the results! Most recently I took my diamond in to have new prongs put on, but it truly needed a new setting. Hubby said to upgrade and with Laura's help we kept my original stone and added two others to create a beautiful three stone ring.
