ALLFLEET TOWING & REPAIR - Dolgeville, NY…read more I cannot say enough good things about AllFleet Towing & Repair, owned by Chet and Jenna Talarico, located at 6325 NY-167, Dolgeville, NY 13329. I came in from out of town needing serious brake work on my truck, including a wheel seal and brake repairs. The job ended up having more difficulties than originally expected, but Chet worked through everything, made sure the repairs were done correctly, and kept the price very reasonable. As an owner-operator, that meant a lot because every unexpected repair affects not only your truck, but your livelihood. Then came the second situation--something every truck driver fears. Problems were discovered with my air brake hoses. One hose had developed a large hole, and others had been rubbing together and were getting dangerously close to failing. Between the wheel seal, brake problems, and damaged air lines, these were serious safety issues. Had they not been found and repaired, the outcome could have been much worse--not only for me, but potentially for other people sharing the highway with me. I am extremely grateful these problems were caught before something bad happened. What impressed me just as much as the mechanical work was how both Chet and his wife, Jenna, treated me throughout the entire experience. They were both extremely courteous, kind, welcoming, and understanding from the moment I arrived. Being an out-of-town truck driver dealing with an unexpected repair is stressful. You're worried about the truck, the repair bill, losing loads, and getting back on the road. But Chet and Jenna never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or simply another customer. They genuinely cared about my situation and went out of their way to help. They worked with me to help keep my costs reasonable and did everything they could to get me safely back on the road. They also allowed me to park my truck safely in their yard overnight. They gave me access to the garage and office so I could use the restroom whenever I needed to, and even offered to let me sleep inside the office if I wanted to. That level of kindness and hospitality toward an out-of-town driver they barely knew is something I will never forget. Chet and Jenna treated me with the kind of hospitality you would normally expect from friends or family, not people you had just met because your truck needed repairs. Their professionalism and quality of work were excellent, but their character and the way they treated me personally are what stood out the most. Truck drivers know how difficult it can be to find a repair shop on the road that is honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and genuinely concerned about getting you back on the highway safely without taking advantage of your situation. I found all of that at AllFleet Towing & Repair. If you're a truck driver--or anyone else--passing through this part of New York and need truck, trailer, or automotive repair, towing, or roadside assistance, I highly recommend saving their information: ALLFLEET TOWING & REPAIR Chet & Jenna Talarico 6325 NY-167 Dolgeville, NY 13329 (315) 429-5071 24/7 Towing & Roadside Thank you, Chet and Jenna, for the excellent brake work, for helping me through the unexpected problems, for the extremely fair treatment, and especially for making sure my truck was safe before I got back on the highway. And thank you both for simply being good people when an out-of-town truck driver needed help. You truly went above and beyond. I'm passing through Dolgeville often and when i need my truck serviced and worked on again, I already know exactly who I'm calling! Albert Dennis

Sometimes life happens and you have to pay a lot ($250) to get your vehicle out of the mud or snow…read more But if you're going to charge me that much, there is no reason to be so rude. And I mean RUDE! The disgruntled tow driver was rolling his eyes, sighing, and acting like a grumpy 5 year old the entire time. I try to give the benefit of the doubt and have patience. Maybe he was having a bad day. But even after I paid him and thanked him repeatedly, he had the nerve to take up more of my time and complain about the sound of my truck, among other things. Basically the business is run by an annoying boomer who enjoys price gouging and thinks he knows everything. Next time I will call the guy on 220 in Oxford who was incredibly pleasant (even in 10 degree weather and icy roads at midnight) and charges $50 less to tow 20 miles longer!! Forget this place.

PLEASE READ THIS if I could give a negative 5 I would this place is evil they charged me 1300 for…read moreonly 3 days and refused to even talk about the situation unless I payed. They threatened me multiple times stating that I no longer own the vehicle unless I payed and they would ramp up prices until they get the money, straight wicked. The man talked with no empathy unless getting the money so messed up to do to a student with barely enough to get by. Please do something else that doesn't even include these disgusting folk that care about nothing but money, I tried to get my receipt after and he talked to me like I was an enemy, straight up mad that I was even on the phone with him after the transaction. Dismissing any of my worries on where my money went saying I would "just have to deal with it" WHO SAYS THAT IN A BUSINESS SETTING?? in what world?? He doesn't even take my email down saying "that's your fault for saying it wrong oh well" this is something you read out of a book how unbelievable it is he says I would have to call back and will send it if I'm lucky. Don't.go.here. -- it doesn't let me reply to their response but if you think this is due to insurance your insane. I know what I was told. And I was given a rate of 700 before the day I called to get my vehicle out of there. I even called on that Monday to no response but only a dismissive "we where busy" I surely do understand that, but when your charging 95 a day YOU DONT GET TO BRUSH OFF CALLS OF SOMEONE TRYING TO GET THEIR CAR OFF YOUR LOT. This all with the most rude person on this earth on the phone with me still making threats. I'm not so silly to just come and drop a one star just because it's so fun, every thing has a reason. Another reason being the mechanic you brought it too says that you guys caused more damage to my cars frame due to you guys NOT KNOWING how to do your jobs, you think someone is going to go for that? You must be on something strong. Craziest part is I was asking so politely to just leave my car somewhere else that weekend if they would charge that much a day but they refused. And what you guys did after I tried to get my receipt was what tipped me over enjoy this one star.
