Worse Service in the planet. starting with this young girl at the loaner office. because my Lyft ride cancelled 1st time, and after 25 min i asked for another ride and waited a second time and never found a driver, so i cancelled the ride, and she said to me "the least you can do is wait a little bit, your getting a free ride". Drew service advisor does not do any updates does not listen to your requests.. they do not want business, they do not care to help or solve problems all they want is sales.. My explorer had a check engine light and waited to weeks to take it because they are super busy. a week later light went off by the time they took it in. day after i asked Drew for update. "your car in next" he said and added that "by noon tomorrow i should have a diagnoses " texted him by the end of the day. he said Your car is next" 3rd day i called and they said sorry but we have not been able to check your car. 4th day i picked up and just found a grease stain on my sunroof liner. made a review via email and General M called me asked to take the car back and let them fix the problem and make it right.. 3 and a half weeks later nothing was found or fix anything on my explorer. i asked for the breaks to be done so i do not waste another week with them and 2 and a half weeks after i asked to do it, it was not done. there has to be a good Ford dealership here in Tulsa ??? OK?? Not even a car wash when i picked up.. and i can tell they drove it on dirt. because i took it clean. read more

Took in to have navigation system repaired after trying to update 2011 navigation by uploading new updates ($160) myself. They were not able to fix it - said it was my error and the entire system would need to be replaced at only $1600. Should have been told it was going to cost $100 even if they couldn't fix it. We have bought 4 cars from Bill Knight in the past 4 years for different members of our family. 1 new, 3 used, with our new car we have come back for service several times and always been treated like family. I appreciate the way they take care of every detail and take note of every concern I have. In our last purchase I called James in the Used Car Department who set us up with some good options that may work online as well as an appointment to come in and talk to our previous salesman Jordan. We were there like 20 minutes had decided we wanted it, signed a couple of papers and left to go to a Birthday Party. We came back the next day after it had been cleaned and signed some more papers and were done! It was fast, they are friendly and take really good care of us. This business is a RIP off, my 79 year old grandmother bought a 2003 ford Taurus brand new from them in 03' and the past 5 months it has been in and out of the shop and I knew there was not a thing wrong with it, and they charged her $1600 to fix things that were not broken and she has had this car towed to them because they did not put the oil drain plug in it. And it sickens me how these people treat there elderly customers my advice DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! read more

I had gotten a notice from Ford that a part on my Fiesta has a recall . I got an appointment and took my car in. The men in service said they wouldn't fix it until I started having problems . That did not make sense to me. They told me I should go to another dealership ! I left in tears . I will never buy another car from BK ford . Just a update on events that have preceded my encounter with BK Ford. A few days since I made the trip down to Tulsa and returned without a car I received a call from the owner himself to apologize for the inconvenience caused from his dealership. I believe it was professional of him to reach out and relay his condolences to me caused by his management. The call was very appropriate and in good keeping with business practices. He offered to make it up to me but we had to refuse since we had already taken our business down the road to carmax. Hopefully, the used car sales side of the house will learn from their mistakes and future incidents will be avoided. read more

Took my car here for the first time and they were very thorough when it came to explaining everything. They let me know exactly what was happening and how much everything was going to be. Of course the price changed once I picked up my car the price increased due to some other things. They were very kind and called me to make sure I knew an update at least twice per day. read more

I travelled here from British Columbia Canada in my 2016 F150 and before heading for home wanted an oil change and checkup done on my vehicle. What wonderful, fast service I received here. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The waiting area was lovely with free wifi so I could check my email while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. In the past (only reason they aren't getting three stars) they were great! Service experience was great, and my mom bought a used car from them when I needed her car and she was due a new one! But after today, I may never return. The service department told us that something that's broke on her car she bought in August (three months ago) that we'd have to take it to the GM dealer because they don't work on them. That's not how a dealership is run. My grandparents bought a car and the dealer always took it to the Hyundai dealer to have it fixed! That's just how it works. But apparently we have to pay out of pocket for something that was already broke when we bought it and didn't realize it! On top of feeling like I was an idiot because the guy was just rude that was the last straw. The Ford dealer in Claremore may just gain my business it's closer to home anyways. read more

Very disappointed. Had a rear brake job done on my expedition and on the way home my vehicle started to sway back and forth on the highway. When I pulled off the road I discovered that one wheel had never had the lug nuts tightened. They were all finger loose and the wheel could have come off had I not stopped. I reported my situation to my customer service rep (who was excellent). He offered to send a wrecker but I did not want to waste my entire day waiting for this to be corrected. I jacked up both rear tires and tighter the lug nuts on the loose tire. The other tire was ok. What I did ask was that the service manager contact me and I had hoped he would knock a little off the cost of the brake job. I have contacted my customer service rep twice now and it's been over a week with still no follow up from the service manager. In light of the fact this poor brake job could have caused a serious accident, I saved the dealership the cost of a wrecker, and finished the work myself on the side of the road on a 100 degree day, a phone call from the service manager seems like a pretty darn reasonable expectation. The lack of professionalism is stunning. read more

Buying a new car at Bill Knight was relatively easy and mostly pain free. They worked with me on the price, and they have a large inventory. Salesman was laid back and helped me get the car I wanted. Went to Bill Knight Ford Quicklane on 1/28 for regular scheduled maintenance for my 2008 Ford Escape. Oil pan had been leaking oil for many years and was getting worse. Quicklane service writer noticed the leak and recommended that we walk over to the service department to schedule repairs. I was advised that it would be 2/14 before I could get in and was asked what time I would arrive. I told them as early as possible and was scheduled for 7:15 a.m. I was told nothing more. Problem 1. Quicklane performed the oil change which in hindsight should not have been done if the oil pan needed to be replaced because they would have to replace the oil that was just changed 2 weeks prior. Ripoff oil change. Problem 2. After waiting two weeks I arrived at the dealership promptly at 7:15 a.m. fully expecting service to replace the oil pan seal and/or oil pan which I anticipated would probably take 2 to 3 hours at most. I was greeted by a cocky service writer probably 30 or more years younger than me who addressed me in a disrespectful tone referring to me as "Bud". He asked me if I needed to go anywhere and I advised him that no I would just wait on it. To my surprise he said there was no way they would have it done that day that they had to "diagnose" the problem. I responded that the problem is a leaking oil pan and there was nothing to diagnose. I just wanted it repaired. He told me they couldn't do that. So, I told him I needed to leave. I have been taking my Ford vehicles to that dealership for more than 20 years. I will never go back there again either for service or to buy a car. read more

Previously I have had great service at Bill Knight Volvo. But how things can change in a hurry! The service department had my vehicle for a warranty issue and I asked for a quote for adding a backup camera. I received the quote and later made an appointment to take my car in for that camera. I received a loaner as the service would take a couple of days. I got a call the next day and the staff told me that my car was ready. Not possible. They instead gave me a quote for the camera. I explained I already had a quote and the work was to be done and that is why they had my car. The NEW quote was over twice as much as the original. When I picked up my vehicle there were dents in the front side. The service department did buff it out but made remarks like it was already there insinuating that I was lying. I do not understand how a place can go from really good to treating the customer really bad and changing agreements like they did. read more
