Tried making a deal on a used car this weekend, they gave me a price including my trade in. Then after reviewing their low-ball offer for my car, I took it out of the deal. After agreeing to a couple prices from the salesman, the "manager" wouldn't take it. No more wiggle room. This is The worst car dealership I've ever dealt with. They sold Me a truck and the a/c broke less than a month later. It was probably already faulty and they sold it anyway. I contacted them several times and they have ignored me. I took it to their service department for a separate issue (prior to the a/c really farting out) and they couldn't even detect there was another issue. they shouldn't be allowed to operate and should be shut down by the state. Avoid them like the plague. read more

I scheduled to purchase two vehicles on Sept. 6, 2019. Went to my Credit Union and got two (2) cashier's checks and was told to see the Branch Manager Pete Honiotes when I arrive. I drove from Chicago IL. 180 miles round trip four (4) hours total travel time just to be told the vehicle I ask her to hold is now on hold for someone else who asked them to hold it until the end of the week! Asked to see the manager Pete and the sales man asked about other vehicle I wanted just to be told I'm at the wrong dealership which wasn't true as I found out at the other dealership. Called several times about a car and they kept telling me they'd call me right back and never did. My wife even called once and they said they'd call back in 2 minutes and nothing! If zero stars was an option I would rate them that. Bought my vehicle here and had it serviced here. After the last oil change my vehicle started running poorly. Come to find out they self admittingly put the wrong weight oil in it and then insisted the oil they put in is better. They did agree to pay for the new oil change at my mechanics but arent willing to stand by any damage that has been done (if any, still waiting on the mechanic to go through it). read more

Since zero stars isn't an option, I have to give one Star in order to leave a review. We went to Bill Walsh Streator in search of a family van. The Toyota Sienna we saw on this lot has two large rips in the third row seat, the rear lift gate button doesn't work, and the front driver side rotor needed to be changed or something with the tire was so wrong that it caused the steering wheel to shake while braking. Despite all the flaws/concerns we had, we said if the problems were fixed, we could buy the car. It was two weeks back and forth with a slimy salesman, Wade, before we were called and told the car was too expensive to fix and would be sold at auction. Now, I'm getting email updates on a car that supposedly was sold at auction. I emailed to find out if the car is still there at Bill Walsh.....and it is. I guess I'm assuming they didn't want to make the car safe to drive or follow through on he other repairs that were promised and lied to us. Shame on Bill Walsh for such poor business practices. read more

thank you hope and especially manager beau for getting me a good deal on a 2017 dodge challenger TA that I bought sight unseen. I found the car online and contacted hope about if it was still available and I live in pa and would not be able to go to see it in person. she gave me over to her manager beau, he sent me pictures and a viedo of the car, making me feel confident in my decision . after we worked out the final price, I wanted the TA stripes and hood pins installed on the car. it was without them. it took longer then expected to get those items in and installed on the car then expected. I contacted beau about this issue I had and he offered me window tint as a good will gesture for the extra time it took. the car was just delivered and looks like it was presented to me. awesome.!!! so, yes I would recommend bill walsh Streator and both hope and manager beau to speak to. thanks again, mike d from Pennsylvania read more

The entire experience that I have had with this company has been negative. Bill Walsh is a crook and lives up to the stereotype of a bad car salesman, crooked, sleazy with dirty business practices. I leased a car from them and was in an accident. The entire claims process was shady and having to deal with Donna from the office was a nightmare. They argued with me relentlessly and failed to provide any information that I had requested from them. I would not suggest this company to anyone. read more
