I called on Friday and again on Monday, spoke with two different individuals, and was told I would receive return calls, which never happened. Due to the lack of follow-up, I had to extend a rental car while waiting for guidance. Being told afterward that the tow would be "covered" did not address the failed repair, the safety risk, or the lack of communication. I expected better quality work and responsiveness for a safety-related repair. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

I brought it in telling them the previous owner said I would need ball joints but could they look it over to tell me what else it needs. After waiting a week for them to |squeeze me in| I dropped 450 bucks getting 2 ball joints just to get the car back without any diagnosis for why my check engine lite was on. It also was making the exact same sound from the front end that it made before I came there. 1 week after I had it in the brakes started squealing (thanx for finding that for me....) and all the noise in the front end is most likely bad struts says my neighbor. (front end specialists, eh?) I called them as soon as I got home the day they had it and they said bring it back. I already had it there twice for them to find something other than what they charged me for. I will not be returning. I am a senior citizen and I at this point I don't trust they did anything to the car. They did not communicate or give me good service.
