There've been a few times where one foot didn't get the nails trimmed, but if we catch it right away, no problem. She helped us with the next appt including a price range and what would be done. Fast forward 1 month we called and verified the appt and price. Same as before. Then we called the day before. Verified and still same range. Then the morning of they called to move up the appt. And i again explained what i wanted and they agreed. We then got to the groomer and again explained what we wanted and confirmed the price range. The girl agreed. When we went to pick up our puppy the groomer refused to let is see her till we paid. Which was a red flag. And then told me the price was significantly over the range i was quoted. She yelled at me and refused to let me see our puppy. I explained the i had confirmed the quote so many times and asked her to honor what they said. She refused. She then called the owner in. Who's customer service was as bad as the groomers. They were extremely angry and inconsistent with their information. They finally let me see our puppy and i realized they must have known how bad they had done. Nothing that i had asked for was done and the haircut was so bad. Our poor dog looks terrible. We paid the price due to just wanting leave. We will never go back. My puppy was not happy being in there and i recommend not going there for any services. Very unethical and will take advantage. And the skill level is very low. Very sad...

They try to promise safety for animals at night because the owners live across the driveway but it's not even owned by the people that live across the driveway anymore. I spoke to others around the area and a good amount said they don't go there anymore and if necessary they go to muddy paws. Dealing with this dog kennel has been very unprofessional and I don't recommend it to anyone in the area. I hope they do better/ update things because right now it seems like I got sold on false advertising.

Our Zoey cries with excitement in the car and literally RUNS into the shop to greet Jen! Little chihuahua mix Toby is a grumpy dog and can be a terror - but Jen grooms him with ease. She attends to details as requested and is very reasonably priced. She does one customer at a time - so there are no other dogs there to worry yours. Her shop is clean, and safe.

Our Cavalier falls asleep during her bath and cut she's so relaxed. Our part chihuahua who is scared of everything likes going and comes home so proud and you can just tell she feels clean and pretty. They get a bath, dry and nail trims and hair trims. Our Cavalier gets more hair trimmed in the summer and they never cut too much. She always looks so clean and cute!
