I've always had to ask if they have my size or if they can check in the back, and even when making a purchase, it often feels like ringing me up is an inconvenience. There are many great stores in this center, but unfortunately, this location has become my least favorite in terms of service. The designs are great and the value is good, but a bit more warmth and attentiveness would make a world of difference. As a first-time western boot buyer, I had a lot to learn, and he took the time to help me find the right size, explain how boots should fit, and even show me how to use a boot jack! Even though I wasn't able to get the boots I came in for, I did end up leaving with a really great shirt. AJ's knowledge, patience, and excellent customer service made the visit worthwhile.
